Worst hotel ive been to
Security are annoying Check in took 4 hours The room has 4 beds for five people and the place for two max Very very costly and they check in your rooms and bags for alcohol for some reason. Wont ever go back
Best what You can have with this price
Really enjoyed our stay! Great service and attentive staff in low priced hotel. (Just make sure that Your room is not next to the elevators). Pool area - nice place to relax. And, OMG, You will love the food!!!
The worst hotel we have ever stayed in!
Awful just awful! The rooms are old moldy and dirty, the bed is hard and old! I sure hope the bedsheets were clean.. The bathroom and shower is also super moldy. No shampoo or conditioner or normal soap were provided. There was an industrial soap dispenser on the wall like the ones in public bathrooms both in the shower and near the sink. The all inclusive drinks and cocktails were with the lowest of the low kind of alcohol, the food was unbeatable. This place should not be called a hotel.. it’s some kind of cheap hostel with overpricing! Stay away!
Don’t stay here
The hotel was very basic, which we expected for the price, but basic needs were not met. Our room had no air conditioning when the outside temperature was over 40 degrees Celsius. We complained 6 times but the tech guy either never showed up or didn’t really fix anything. The hotel was booked for a Russian kids dance competition so we didn’t have a room to switch to. Our balcony door was also broken and didn’t lock. The handle was just black duct tape. The food gave me an upset stomach every meal, so I ended up ordering in or eating out which defeats the purpose of the all inclusive. The only good part was the free popsicles and ice at the pool. We provided our own alcohol as I didn’t like the beer and that’s all they had during the day. I will never go back, and I suggest you pay a bit more for a nicer hotel so you can truly enjoy your vacation. The waterfall at the pool also doesn’t work, the pictures are all very old.
No, no, no
I had to stay there and was very unpleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel, the mess and dirt as well as the fact how the management do not care. The hotel apparently makes money out of organized groups (that have no other choice). But mold in the bathrooms, or scattered food by the pool - it's not a holiday dream..... Avoid!
