Amazing Family Hotel
Perfect combination of luxury, location (right on the Red Sea) and family friendliness. The kids club was so amazing that my kids spent all evening there, which meant I actually got a vacation too! The pool has a whirpool and a slide and a grotto and there is a seperate pool for little kids. The staff is all hugely friendly and helpful. By far my favourite Eilat hotel.

Dont go to this holtel!!! Terrible rooms, facilities are to old. Price is high, food during covid 19 are very bad. Mangers are not helping. Me and my wife left after 1 night instead of 3. Waste of money.
Best Hotel Ever!
After many thoughts and concerns because of the Corona, my family and I chose the Dan Hotel Eilat to transfer a summer vacation from 16-21.8.20. I must say that from the moment they entered the hotel, all my worries disappeared. The hotel is huge and kept all the rules of hygiene and corona guidelines, from capsules to the dining room and when you commit to arrive and not standing second in line, to serving the amazing and varied food served aesthetically and only by the staff. It in special pastries and plenty of desserts tailored to it. shapo !!! I would like to commend Galit, the director of the orders department, who was available to everyone with a smile and a quick response to my wife's birthday and the anniversary we celebrated. To a Amit, the reception manager for an amazing and dedicated service with a smile, to the Edgar of getting a service with a smile and gave us vouchers to popsicles for my kids. And last but not least, Lior, the hotel's general manager, for a quick response,flexibility and room upgrade with an amazing view and space. I highly recommend choosing Dan Eilat for your next holiday that was beyond our expectations, especially during such a challenging period of the Corona. Great hotel, beautiful pool & on the beach
A great hotel, a great swimming pool and a beach is more than you can ask for on a vacation. The room had a huge king size bed, a sofa with a coffee table and a round table with 4 chairs, a beautiful bathroom with shower , bath and soft white towels. The breakfast was a buffet that had anything you could ask for and more. I definitely would like to return here again
Rude concierge, old rooms
As a Dan member, who visits the hotel many times, I was very disappointed (to say the least). Rooms are badly maintained, peeling wallpapers, broken shower handle and a torn carpet. when we requested to fix it because this is not a 5 star hotel quality, we were told by the concierge manager that this is “like a 5 star hotel” (???). We also got an angry screaming, night manager, phone call at 22:00 telling us, basically, to deal with it and shut up. We got 2 more phone calls, but, nothing was done. Well, at least the breakfast was good 🤷♀️
