Parking is absolutely unacceptable

I am giving 2 stars because this property is really pretty fantastic and I will be happy to write about all of their plusses in another review BUT the parking situation can simply kill the sweet taste of a wonderful vacation.
Upon checkin on Thursday we waited 45 minutes in line to drop luggage at the front. The security guy did a terrible job at keeping cars moving and the hotel is built with only one lane for drop off.
But it gets worse, way worse. Once you do drop your luggage and family at the door and go to park, there is no parking at this property so they send you to their sister property across the street. Not too bad yet.
But crossing the street took another 15 minutes because you are still stuck in one lane and everyone is crossing to that lot. But its worse yet. When you cross the street you simply sit and wait because there isn't enough parking.
The moron guard there just throws his hands up and says, sorry there is no parking available. You have to wait until someone leaves to get into the lot. 45 minutes later I just gave up and parked on the street and paid.
I thought it would end on Thursday due to the extra pressure on check in day but no. All weekend the lot was full. So it took almost 2 hours of my vacation to park. Shame on you Isrotel. You charge the most of any hotel in Eilat and can ruin a vacation with this type of thing.
And what do the employees say about it??? Nothing!!
So I put the car in valet the next day and paid 75 nis a day. But when I want to leave and get the car back it takes over 45 minutes to get the car. Why? Because the parking is bad for the valet too!!
There is no excuse for this type of service in a hotel of this quality.

One of the most beautiful hotel I ever seen and stay!
Awesome kind and professional arhmosphere given by two senior staff leaders:
Mrs. Ada Avivit - Deputy General Manager for Customers Service.
Mrs. Revital Cotter - Chief of staff at Reception Desk.
These two senior ladies together with all the staff of this hotel create an awesome pleasant and kind athmosphere.
Regarding all the facilities ( rooms, lobby, restaurants, swimming pool ) they are best class ever seen!
All this entitles the hotel to be for sure Number 1 hotel in Eilat!
Fun and Games at The Royal Beach

Try telling my husband that we're returning to the same hotel within less than a year of our previous visit and he will most likely resist, except when it comes to the Royal Beach Eilat. We got to spend three nights there on our return visit this May and we loved it.
the food was exquisite. With most COVID restrictions lifted off this visit, we enjoyed having the vast, varied breakfast buffet with ease each morning. And the assortment of baked goods, variety of fresh salads and fruit, and cold and hot dishes didn't fall short of any great breakfast buffet pre covid days. We especially loved the Saturday breakfast that was unique with it's middle eastern pastries served hot. That being said, the dinner was simply divine. We enjoyed great bbq, where steak and chicken was served. We also loved the cooked dishes variety that included different kinds of chicken and an endless variety of sides, both hot and cold. In particular, we loved the cold fish seviche that was simply to die for.
Cozy and spacious, our ninth floor rooms afforded a view to remember of the Red Sea in all its glory. We especially loved the sunrise, where the moon overlooked the ocean still in place as it was being replaced by the sun.
With unlimited access to the VIP lounge, we enjoyed a variety of free beers, wines, cocktails and snacks all day long, while monitoring the kids in the pool. The food at the lounge was lovely, as there were dairy dishes throughout the day, and a variety of pastries and fruit to snack on. We especially loved the little care packages the staff had left us in the room--complete with exotic fruit, candy and wine, it was a feast for the eyes as well as the palate.
The facilities: one expression--game room, game room, game room. The hall that caters to the dream of kids. A vast room on the ground floor, next to the dining hall, complete with every computer game or arcade game a child could dream of. And that room was certainly the material of which dreams are made of for my kids.
It is as vast as it is peaceful and fun both for kids and for couples. Its vastness allows for everyone to enjoy it equally without feeling like sardines in a tiny container.
In short, the Royal Beach Eilat is an experience more than it is a hotel and I highly recommend it.

Had a wonderful stay. The hotel was luxurious, providing an amazing view of the city. The food was delicious and the staff were kind and accommodating.
There's a great pool for kids and the beach is right outside the hotel.
Highly recommend it for family vacations.

The hotel is excellent. It is not the first time we visit there and for sure not the last. The professional service, nice hotel team, nice food and well clean and maintained rooms and hotel areas. The food was also very nice. Highly reccomended
