Traveled to El Paso for a family event. Hotel was quite close to the venue. Everyone on the staff was friendly and completed their jobs efficiently. The hotel was quiet and we could not hear city noises while inside. The facility has a guest laundry which was secure and clean. The housekeeping staff did a nice job and the same could be said for the breakfast room staff. Thanks to everyone for making this stay so pleasant. It was appreciated.

Management is Incompetent.

Locked out of my room for 2.5 hours. They didn’t have a physical key on site and didn’t even call the person with the key for 2 hours. They told me they called the manager with the key. They didn’t. They called someone without a key. I was late to work. They didn’t care. I called the corporate office to complain. They said the hotel reported they offered me 5,000 points for my inconvenience and that I refused the points. It’s a total lie. They never offered me anything. Just trying to cover themselves. Such incompetent management. Who doesn’t have a key on the property? What if someone had a stroke and they couldn’t get in the room? Unbelievable.

Best Heated Indoor Pool

I really want to say this is a 4.5 or even 4.75, but we can only leave 4 or 5 stars and I had a few small things that keep it from getting a 5. One thing I really did not like is that the pillows on the bed are square. This is so unusual and basically means you only have enough room for your head. I would please like a regular rectangular pillow. Also, they still use swiping keys instead of scanning, and the keys don't work well. We had to ask no less than 4 times, maybe more, for the front desk to reprogram our keys because they constantly didn't work. Sometimes you could jiggle them to get them to work, but overall, they need to be replaced with scanners. Ok, but now, let's get to the good stuff! This hotel was chosen because it has an indoor pool. And it will be chosen again! This pool is not only indoor, but heated! It was glorious! Just an amazing experience. In fact, it was actually hotter than the hot tub, so I would have liked the hot tub to be warmer. The pool was perfect! I understand that because of covid you have to serve us breakfast, but I will be happier when we can get back to serving ourselves. However, the lady in the breakfast room was lovely and I enjoyed having her service. It was wonderful having a fireplace in the breakfast room. The hotel room was very spacious and comfortable, and the water pressure decent. I will come back here again.

The rooms are very clean, friendly staff, comfortable beds and it’s in a nice location for shopping and going out to eat ect. I recommend this hotel to anybody passing through El Paso on the west side.

I have stayed in quite a few comfort suites this one is exceptionally clean and the staff is extremely helpful and courteous. Plenty of towels in the room and the room smells good. It’s very close to the highway and shopping. I highly recommend it
