Nice Hotel really close to Airport
Very good arrival experience. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are well appointed, average size for Hampton Inns and clean. Breakfast was well supplied and fresh with a good selection. Airport shuttle was very convenient and on time. There is also a Denny’s and Chili’s in the same parking lot which is really convenient. The only reason I didn’t give the hotel 5 stars was the hallways were a little dark, carpets were old, torn and smelled bad. But again the room was very clean and was in great condition. Hallways really need refurbishment as it gives you a negative perception overall for a Hilton Brand.
Quick Airport Stop
We had to leave for the airport terminal at quarter until 3 AM, and chose to get a few hours sleep before the ordeal. The sleep was interrupted and poor. Perhaps it would have been better to stay up all night. The hotel served the bill, but the filthy carpets were a turn off. Also, for an airport hotel to shut down their shuttle service until 4 AM seemed unusual.
Family Stay
The view was horrible. We stayed in room 705 and 707, we are family of 5. We had a view of graffiti walls and garbage. The telephones are outdated. No options for English stations nor closed captions. Staff is not welcoming to customers in and out of the hotel. They look to busy or bothered. We didnt experience the breakfast because of the their hours. We will not be coming back to this hotel.
Ok hotel, good location
Room smelled of urine when a/c was turned on and rooms were also really small. I was disappointed the shuttle didn’t run early enough for our flight meaning we had to order cabs. Staff were very helpful with that tho so that’s why I’ve given 3 stars.
Excellent Service and Room Space
It's conveniently placed between Tlaquepaque and the airport. My husband and I also stayed here with my sister's family because of the Honors program discounts. We only needed to stay the night as we had an early flight, so we didn't get to eat the complimentary breakfast, but they have a tea/coffee table at all times at the lobby area.
