We planned staying 3 days, but ended up staying 1 week...! Julian and Diana are so sweet. We felt very welcome! They helped us with a lot of things... From the hotel we went kayakking in the mangroves, cool! The location is perfect, right at the sea. Big waves for surfing! Also very safe. Rooms are big and beautiful, good shower.. Dining area is very cosy! The food is as amazing. Loved the ceviche, fish soup, lobster, mashed potatoes, juices, mojitos,.. Breakfast made my day, every day! Take a massage, totally worth it! We will never forget the kindness of the owners and the great atmosphere!! Ellynn and Koen from Belgium
Quiet and Peaceful with Great WiFi

Listening to the waves crashing and the birds chirping is a great way to spend any morning or evening. This hotel has beautiful sliding glass doors in all of their rooms that offer a quaint terrace to enjoy fresh air & views of the ocean. We were very appreciative of the cold beer, cold soda and flavorful breakfast with freshly brewed hot coffee. Julian and his wife are very friendly and welcoming. They helped us find a tour guide to drive up a volcano in our 4x4 to reduce a 3 hour hike to about 45 minutes. We will most certainly stay here again and highly recommend this tranquil property for couples or families. The rooms are much larger than average for a hotel.
by far the absolute BED in Nicaragua

We have been traveling through Nicaragua for a bit more than 3 weeks and visited various places. Our stay at Las Palmeras Beach Hotel was by far the very best! Julian and Diana are doing a superb job, they are professional, kind and most attentive. The rooms are spacious, clean and with simple but beautiful design. The food was great, high quality, tasty and good portions. We just stayed in the whole 3 days and enjoyed the beautfiul hotel and the close beach and didn’t had any desire to see anything else. We would have loved to stay longer and will def. come back one day!
Loved our short stay on Jan. 1. 2020!

It was a great way to begin our new year's travel. We arrived on the 1st of January 2020 just in time to observe the sun going down over the bright red horizon right from our balcony. What a beautiful sight in a serene atmosphere. Here's a toast to a Peaceful 2020, Prost, cheers, chin chin, à votre santé !!!! This little hotel stood on a well-maintained property only a few meters from the beach. The area was quiet and peaceful. The air conditioned room was very clean and beds were very comfortable. We loved the food at the restaurant. Wish we had more days there to explore the whole menu. The hosts were very friendly, kind and helpful. I would not say it was the nicest beach I have seen, but it was good to walk for about 1 k.m. The waves were big and I wished I knew how to surf! There were at least 6 people surfing in the morning. We will come back and also definitely tell our friends about our experience.
What a great spot

Diana and Julian are the perfect hosts. Ocean views are perfect. One very short walk to the beach with local life going on around you. Decks are perfect for sunset with the margarita south of Mexico. The food at the restaurant is really good. Would stay again and again. Can't recommend it enough.
