I was excited to stay here after reading the reviews, but was VERY disappointed! The hotel sent a message that we received an upgrade due to our Hilton Gold status, but there did not appear anything about the room that was an upgrade. The room had a VERY strong marijuana smell…so strong that we didn’t even go all of the way into the room. The desk staff did not seem surprised and did not even apologize for the inconvenience or say that this was not indicative of their hotel. In fact, it seemed as if I was inconveniencing her even thought no one else was in the lobby. The customer service was just lacking all around. I am a frequent traveler and almost always stay at Hilton hotels, but I won’t be staying here again! Please address your customer service! I am rating the hotel a 3 because the second room was clean and it’s in a safe area.

Nice to have a suite set up with very large bathroom, but oddly organized with the closet in the bathroom and a couch that was too long for the wall so it interfered with the bedroom doorway. Very large lobby with many areas to lounge or chat or work. However during our stay the restaurant’s hours were sporadic and loud construction was going on in the lobby and bar area.

This is a centrally located hotel with a beautiful atrium, pool, and fitness center. Plenty of room to sit downstairs and talk. The rooms, seating area and bathrooms are lovely but the couch pull-out mattress (one of the reasons we always stay here) was horrible. Please replace the thin old mattresses!). The hall carpeting desperately needed vacuuming which may have been due to lack of staff. Compliments to the front desk who had to deal with irate guests during a power outage. They were polite and professional. Thankfully, it was just for a few hours.

Nice atrium and Bar areas. Executive lounge breakfast was mediocre. Actually wanted a $5 fee for overnight parking at this suburban hotel; one of two elevators was out; no housekeeping even after four nights. We have stayed here for 17 yrs and we were very disappointed with stay.

This is a perfect place to stay just outside of Nashville, with access to so much. The staff was great...everybody I encountered. The hotel was super clean and plenty of parking. I will stay again for sure.
