I knew it was getting run down with age but the deal was good so we ignored some poor reviews and were happy. Clean good beds, fridge, bathroom etc. They are clearly making renovations and old furnishings were in the dumpsters and new cement work and tile work was happening as well as new paint. WIFI never worked til morning was only complaint. So glad this old place is getting some love-I like the property with its arcade style and courtyard and really 1 minute to the casino.

have stayed here before had some issues but this time was the limit for me NOT STAYING HERE ANYMORE room we ok if you dont mind dirt in cornors and between bed & nite stand was laying in bed had 2 tics on me lots of noise oh ya this was a handicap room people parked in the handicap spots no plackard. walking to get ice a group of guys walked past smoking joints. lady beside us was out side smoking and the smokes was coming in our room cause the door didn't seal and could not call the office phone doesn't work

When we arrived (midnight), the room was sort of clean. Didn't see any bugs, but floor was dirty.. took a shower in the morning and the bathtub did not drain properly. We arrived back to the room late the following night...it was never serviced. Beds not made, no clean towels, coffee not replaced, etc. Definitely NOT worth the money. We will never stay here again.

We had a clean room (no bugs anywhere of any kind), microwave, 'fridge, the staff was pleasant, close to the casino and plenty of parking- room for tractor trailers. The property needs maintenance and upgrades. Broken concrete along 2nd floor walkway, the room could have used a fresh coat of paint, draft around the door and poor drainage. It was adequate for the night, but a lengthy stay would be out of the question. I wasn't expecting luxury for the price we paid but maintenance should also be a priority.

Started off well; room was nice and clean. There was plenty of parking and we weren’t that far from Presque Isle and such. However our door was was really hard to open and they hadn’t cleaned, even after going down to the front desk and requesting our room be cleaned. The drains had also been clogged. (They were under renovations, so I’m not sure if that may have something to do with it. Or COVID policies and such.) With all this in mind, I’d say the room and overall stay was nice, but the service had much to be desired.
