Great Location
Stayed here for 5 nights. Great sized room thou a little old and stuck in the 70’s we couldn't fault it for the price. Great location on the foreshore area with parks, shops, pub and a few restaurants close by. We rode our bikes most of the time. Was a little noisy at certain times of night with people coming back late but thats not the hotels fault, more inconsiderate guests. Free laundry room which was great. Lovely cleaning staff. Breakfast was included but we only went a couple of times due to waiting because of Covid Restrictions. Would definitely stay again.
XMAS HOLIDAYS Stay
Just your normal Hotel Motel room clean tidy a little bit old could do with a make over but it is what it is Depending on what sort of tenants move in next door it can be sometimes noisy but that's people i guess & you cant blame the staff for that its called Courtesy but some people don't care The staff & office ladies very friendly always prepared to help you in any way they can its quite a busy Hotel Motel with people coming & going all the time Has the Pier Hotel right next to it so getting a good meal is not a problem as long as you book as this place is full all the time just a walk around the corner to the Main St in Town .there is a Great Bakery also the Dome Straight across the road from Hotel is a little beach with play ground for the kiddies & nice foreshore to walk along overall considering what there is in regards to accommodation in Esperance i would recommend staying. Once again thank you to all the Staff for your willing to help with any thing keep up the good work

So comfortable and the staff are just so good. The only place I stay every month while traveling around the south with work. So relaxing and so comfortable. The meals are so good and breakfast is to die for .
Excellent place to stay
We totally enjoyed staying here. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was close to the hotel. You can do bookings for woody island or fishing on the charters. We met new people travelling from bunbury they were a very charming couple. Would totally recommend to family and friends. Regards Kiri Seeley
Not very professional
No house keeping even if you request they have terms and conditions. The bathroom wasn't very clean. Cobwebs here and there. No complementary water. Basic complementary items like tea and coffee weren't renewed.
