Hi Everybody ** It's me again * The New City Istanbul Hotel is located in Istanbul center (Sisli), nice, location was easy ,very convenient,& nice lobby with TV, I had a Double Room on Fourth floor No:403 for 5 nights in 05 to 09 -10-2019 , the room were nice, comfortable ,clean, Nice breakfast in -1 floor ,The bathroom was nice , The staff was friendly and very helpful, polite Specially Mr: Arkkan ,free WI-FI ,close to Metro station you can reach also the old city and the new city by public transport , there are a lot of Shops ,Restaurants , Coffee , Very good value, I recommend… Salah
Very rude and racist
Me and my boyfriend wanted to find a hotel room for our friend so we came here to ask a room because they are black and i am white the staff already assumed i am a prostitute and told me there is a room for some hours and he was laughing to his friend then when i told him i look for a room for my friend his face changed i dont recommenced this place at all they are very rude to begin with god knows how will the rooms be like!
Avarage hotel
It is located near metro station but you should walk in a rough gradient. The hotel is equipped with basic faslcilities and it is perfect for business trip. It was not as clean as I'd expected. Breakfast quality and quantity could be better for a 3-star hotel.
Very nice hotel
Very nice hotel, very clean, all the staff are polite and helpful, good for family and groups, the breakfast is traditionally turkish so don't expect pankakes and nutella, in my opinion is better this way; everything was very tasty! We stayed 8 days and we were 2 families and everybody was happy with the place. I will lile to thank everybody, and I will definitely come here next time when I'll come back to Istanbul. Negative: Reservation: although we reserve our room a week before, but no clean room available for us when we arrived and we had to change our room again in the following day Cleanliness: The room was not cleaned and there was an opened bottled water, full of stuff in mini bar from guests stayed before. also the trash in the toilet was full and the toilet and there was a hole in our bed sheet the Reception staff is kind but don't even talk English!! ***The guy was serving breakfast, was extremely rude and was very inconsiderate. I think the hotel manager must learn him even to have an eye-contact when someone talks to him or even have a little body language and nonverbal communication, just hoping not to have full body Paralysis. hahaha Air conditioning: the funny thing is that you need to ask reception to turn on the room air conditioning from downstairs. Because the air conditioning in my room did not work properly and it should be turned on from reception. Don't trust the pictures they show you and those 3 stars are the ones they have themselves this place is a 1 star at best. Positive: There was nothing to like about this hotel to like. Maybe Just location as this hotel was close to metro
