NOISY HOTEL
Marun Tomtom Hotel is located in the center of Istanbul, on Istiklal Street. There are 2 metro stations (Shishane and Taksim) nearby, a 15-minute walk to the Galata Bridge. The hotel is located in an old building, there is an elevator, a new renovation, new equipment, friendly staff. These are the positive sides of the hotel. The negative side is that the rooms are small, the floor is concrete, the noise is poor. If you stay here, book a room with a courtyard view. If you book a room with a view of the street, you can’t fall asleep from the noise.There is a night club located opposite the hotel entrance. I got such a room, a day later the reception has changed my room to a quieter room. I am grateful to the staff for solving my problem.
Good Location,Good Stafff But Breakfast service not so good and terrible bathroom !!!
The staff was very polite and good, The bathroom of our room was not comfortable,there wasn't any water drainage on the toilet floor, so after showering we had lots of problems because of this and have to tolerate wet floor till next room service time. the breakfast items was bellow average in 4 star hotels, and was so limited. As a summing up I gave 2 point of 5, and i won't suggest this hotel to my friends anymore. best regards
Never Trust this hotel
I was stay 3 night in this hotel . I can't sleep any night . because of in front olimpia clup . they make to much noise and make loudly music front of this hotel I can’t sleep and I think in hotel know one sleep . I called reception 3/4 times but they don’t do anything just say ok and close telephone. I Really Really irritated . the staff are not responsible any work I asked to reception where is your manager they told me manager is not here . if you are want to come this hotel please think and Come. Bu otelde 3 gece kaldım. Ben hiçbir gece uyuyamıyorum. önünde olimpia clup çünkü. fazla gürültü yapıyorlar ve yüksek sesle müzik yapıyorlar bu otelin önünde uyuyamıyorum ve otelde bir uyku bildiğini düşünüyorum. 3/4 kez resepsiyon aradım ama sadece Tamam diyerek bir şey yapmazlar ve telefonu kapat Ben gerçekten gerçekten tahriş oldum. Personel alımı için sorulan herhangi bir işten sorumlu değiliz nerede müdürünüzün burada olmadığını söyledi menajeriniz. Bu otel gelmek istiyorsanız lütfen düşünün ve gel.
Bir daha asla bu otelde kalmak istemem. 1 kez gelen bir daha gelmez.
2 gece kaldik. 2 cocuk ve eşimle 2 gece kaldik. Personel iyi sıkıntı yok. Ama ilk gece geldik bizim icin ayrilan odaya 8 kata ciktik. Oda o kadar kucuk ki,2 kişiden fazla kişi iceri giremez. Banyo desen tam bi felaket. 2 gece zorla idare ettim. Ilk geldigimiz gece bi bakiyorum yatakta yastigin ustunde ve altinsa sari uzun killar 1 degil 2 degil baya var sanki birinin saclarini yolmuş eline vermişler. Cocuklar artik uyudugu icin eşim resepsyona haber veremedi carsaflari degismeleri icin. Boyle rezillik ilk defa karşilaştik. Tiksindigimizden gece giysilerle uyuduk. Sabah temizlikciye rastladik ona soyledik carsaflari. Hemen savundu kendini. Carsaf kalmadigi icin degisemedik. Simdi hemen degisiriz. Kirişik igrenc bi carşafa segistiler ustunde turuncu tenk lekelerle. Neyse igrenc otesi birsey. Cocuk icin yatak koymuşlar guyaaaaa.... park yatak oyun icin uyumasi icin degildi. 2 kisilik soyledikleri yatakta mecbur 4 kişi uyuduk. Eşim ben 2 iki cocuk. Kahvalti fena degildi idare eder. Gittigim hayatimda gordugum en kötü otel... aileyle gidilecek otel degil...
Gürrültü
Öncelikle otele ve otel çalışanlarına müteşekkirim hiç bir eksiğini görmedim fakat otelin tam karşısında bulunan bir gece klübü var 3 gecelik konaklamam dda her gece sabahın 6 na kadar uyutmadı eğer huzurlu gece isteyen biri varsa elbette tavsiye etmem o kadar güzelliği tek kalemde sildirdi bana gürrültü çok rahatsız ediciydi
