Novel Hotel

I spent my week in Istanbul here. The rooms are pretty much just like in the photos, are a decent size, clean, and comfortable. The Wi-fi works great, and the air conditioning was very helpful. Unfortunately, one night the a/c did go on the fritz, but it was fixed quickly. As such, I can tell you the street is decently quiet and noise insulated, but if you open the windows at night you may get some unwanted noise. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and able to answer most questions in English. I was able to do my laundry through the hotel who sent it out to a local cleaner. It was about 20 euros for a load. Breakfast was buffet-style on the top floor. Although most of the dishes repeated each morning, there was plenty of choice and a few changes were made. I was never disappointed. The location is within a couple minutes of the metro, tram, several good restaurants, and a couple of the city's amazing mosques as well as a few excellent minor sites. It is a good location to go by foot or public transit in any number of directions. T

Me and my friend stayed there for 4 nights..Room is like from the pictures.. Clean,great location,wonderful employes....Metro is very close...You have like 5 minutes to all historical places...Taksim is very close...Just pick this hotel it worth every penny..

They cancel my reservation befor the time of receiving the amount from credit cards They reson for cancellation no money in credit cards and they says the hotel is our booked I get email from booking to update my credit card With in 6 hours I update with in 3 hours even that they cancel my reservation

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. It is 5 minutes’ walk from both the tram and metro station, so it is easy to get to the major spots in Istanbul. The included breakfast is good. Room is new and clean. Bed is big and comfortable. However, the room is too small for this big bed. The space left is too little for us to open our suitcases and to move around. It is a very good hotel if the room size can be bigger.

I liked this hotel , it’s a New one,I stayed there for 7 days in a twin room with my friend , very clean and near to the metro and tramway . Breakfast is correct and all staff is very polite and friendly . I commended to you . Thank you very much Naoual and Dounia
