Hyatt failed to mention that during there renovation process a extremely load jack hammer will be in use from 9-5 every day. It was the most horrific loud noise ever. We complained, and the lady at the front desk said "so matter where we move you the hammering noise will still be heard". This was to be a relaxing vacation. The air conditioning never got cool at all. The room felt wet and damp, no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The Food was so over priced. Hyatt needs to put in bold letters that the private beach access is only by a boat.

This hotel was amazing and made the Matterhorn All-Ivy showcase an even more memorable trip than anticipated. Thank you for providing great service, great comfort and a fabulous view from our room. The pools and lazy river were highlights.

The staff worked really hard to make sure facility was clean and safe. Great place for work and fun. Plenty of options for good food and drinks. Private location with many extras for families to enjoy.

Another great staycation for our family! The welcoming staff and sensational amenities never disappoint! From face painting & a magician, to ballon animals & live entertainment, there was fun for all!

The property is in good condition and offers a lot of amenities and facilities for all that one would expect from a “resort” stay. The main problem is the value for money. Firstly the food is average at best yet expensive. We stayed there for 4 nights and the restaurants were empty for good reason. For a mere 3 minute drive up the road you can get exceptional food at half the price. The point of choosing a resort in the first place is so that you don’t have to get in your car to get decent food at a decent price. Secondly the grab-and-go market cafe closes at 10pm which is also early for a resort. The staff were great, except those at the water park who were unfriendly and made us feel that they were doing us a favour. Great resort, but wouldn’t return due to the poor value for money.
