More about the hotel
Great conference, amazing hotel!
I took my mom to Prolife conference with Tim Tebow this past weekend and the hotel itself and its amenities were just as amazing and inspiring as the conference! We were greeted by Sammy at the front door with a warm welcome as we came in for a very early check in with Ursula from the front desk. Sammy took us to our room and then we went down for a delicious lunch at the poolside restaurant! This place went all out with landscape and lighting. And the pools were gorgeous with waterfalls, water slides. Out of 3 or maybe 4 pools, we chose the "adults only" to unwind and enjoy the sun! The conference was awsome with Tim inspiring us all to fight for life. We woke early with excitement for an amazing plan. You see, we had no idea that this hotel has access to a Marina located through a beautiful path where you board a shuttle to a private island all set up with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and an amenities center with snacks picnic tables and rest rooms!!! We did NOT expect this. This is something really great. We felt so pampered and cared for. Living nearby this will be the great escape for future travel!! Also, I need to say that I travel a lot and the staff here is exceptional, especially Sammy! I am disabled and he was there for my every need. I couldn't walk the path to the shuttle and he drove me in a beautiful van to the marina and was there to bring me back when I got off the boat! I cant stop talking about our experience to other locals! We'll be back!
Best Customer Service!
My husband and I were on our honeymoon and stayed three nights at the Hyatt. From the moment we called and booked to the moment we checked out we had incredible customer service! We loved the area of Bonita Springs, Estero Bay and Naples as well. There were so many things to do at the resort itself we just needed more time. Cleanliness was incredible, food was great and we were highly satisfied by how they handled every need we had! Will definitely be back!
Narnia
This place is as if its a portal to another world altogether. in my opinion it is a different world, the experiences say so. though it was a bit pricy at first but then the experiences made here make up for it. its a nice place to take a break from our hectic lives.
Such a gem!
Had a wonderful few days at this lovely resort! F&B was wonderful, staff helpful and friendly. I will definitely return and encourage anyone looking to unwind and those with children to pay them a visit.
Decent but Overpriced
The hotel has nice amenities and Tarpon Bay is a good restaurant,, but hotel really needs to be updated. The price of the room did not justify the experience, incredibly overpriced. My total nights stay was almost $500 just for the room, it was probably worth half that.
