Living in luxury!

This is a wonderful hotel! And it made for one of the best hotel stays ever in all our travels! It reminded me of the time we flew "first class"...made us feel like we were special. We stayed in suite 3 for two nights (the Purple Room). Huge room with high ceiling! Great bed! Jacuzzi for two! Complimentary drinks in the fridge...including champagne! Sofa and chairs! Very old fashioned yet very clean and luxurious. Super friendly manager too. On top of it all, it's right next to the historic downtown, so you don't need to worry about parking! We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Historic Hotel with all the amenities
Reviewed 3 january, 2022
We stayed here on January 1, 2022 and were amazed. We are locals who took advantage of an appreciation discount. We are so glad we did. From the check-in, to the décor, the bed, the jacuzzi....all of it. The suite was huge with a sofa, a love seat, 4 chairs, a small kitchen section with a stocked fridge (included in price), thick robes and so much more. I took advantage of the mineral and steam bath in the spa and it was wonderful. Next time, I will add the massage. This historic hotel is beautiful and I highly recommend it.

best in town

by far the biggest and most unique rooms in town. Great location. Amazing history. And best of all, super nice and helpful team! This is the place to stay. There's also a spa in the hotel that has a special eucalyptus stream treatment. I didn't try that, but the smell of eucalyptus permeates the building, which is really nice!

Favorite place to stay in Eureka Springs. From the complimentary champagne and cheese to the hot tub for two. No detail was left out. But our very favorite part was the couples massage we opted to splurge on. As with anywhere in downtown Eureka Springs, be prepared for less than desirable access to parking.

Lovely!

Was immediately charmed with the room upon entering & appreciated the complimentary items in the fridge, a very nice little extra touch! The staff are very welcoming & excited to offer stories about the history of this building which is really intriguing! There’s also a cute gazebo attached to the outside of the building surrounded by trees, nice to have some coffee out there in the morning- (Brews is a GREAT coffee place just down the street). We also did “the works” couple spa package the 1st evening we arrived & enjoyed the warm bath in a quite large tub, followed by a steam treatment & finally a good massage. We stayed in suite 6 with the balcony- (the balcony is tiny), but we sat out there & read & drank some both nights we were there. No leg room thought lol Good location, the restaurant nearby, Rogues Manor, was good & they sell bottles of wine if you want to take some back to your room. The vintage record store nearby was fun too. Definitely recommend this charming hotel :)
