Clean comfortable friendly staff , rooms large, BILKIS AND Kimberly at front desk extremely friendly and efficient. The real fast staff were always refilling and friendly- Kolria. The room was extremely comfortable and clean. Definitely worth the price.

Personnel were helpful and friendly. Room was clean, even the AC filter was clean as a whistle. Nice room, fair price for leaf season. You are only a half mile from the road to the Parkway, or go the main road to Cherokee and the GSM park. Breakfast was adequate. Very satisfied.

The room was very nice (we had the suite) and the front desk lady Kimberly was very nice and the perfect person for that job. If I could give it 10 stars I would. We were transitioning to a new home and visiting friends in Highlands NC along the way. This made for a perfect location for us. Close enough to Highlands and also to where we had our belongings stored in the Asheville metro area. Thank you from a couple who does not travel much or frequent Hotels often. This was the "Icing On the Cake" for us!!

Very nice.staff was very friendly. Bathroom smelled like bleach which was great. I'm very glad we chose this hotel. Plenty of parking. Prices were very fair and about 20.00 cheaper than the other places nearby

Lack of cleanliness is a real issue

The check-in process was easy. The woman at the front desk (Kimberly I think) when we checked in was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable enough. The woman when we checked out was also super friendly (Bilkis). My issue is with the cleanliness or lack there of. Housekeeping really needs to step it up. Room one: The bathroom clearly wasn’t cleaned. Mildew / mold all over shower. A little bleach and minimal elbow grease could solve this issue… it’s clearly not being cleaned. Shower walls and glass doors also have soap residue from previous guests. Floors filthy and sticky. Counters haven’t been wiped. Very loud, clattering AC unit. We mentioned issue to front desk (Kimberly) and she offered to move us. We quickly inspected the new room and moved. The hotel was sold out and it was really our only option. Room 2: cleaner than room 1. But noticed in the morning that these shower doors and walls also haven’t been cleaned and we found hair in the sheets. 100% not our hair. Totally grossed out and we will not be returning to this hotel. We simply wanted a clean and quiet place to stay. The lack of cleanliness is really unacceptable.
