Great customer service!

Reviewed 30 september, 2019

Arrived in Evora on a Friday afternoon looking for a room. Stopped here and were told that they were all booked up. Wonderful lady at the desk took the time to research what was available in town and shared what she had found. Allowed us to use their customer computer to research as well and to book something. Felt that this gesture definitely compelled us to write a positive review once we got home from our vacation. Can't provide a customer review on the property, but customer service first rate!

A nice hotel but noisy

Reviewed 25 september, 2019

We were put into a different building which was around the corner from the main hotel. There is no wifi in this second building which is annoying as you have to go to the main building to get onto the internet. The bed was comfortable and the shower good. It was clean but dated.

Worth the time

Reviewed 19 september, 2019

We stayed 2 nights in sept. The room and bathroom were small but usable. We spent our whole time outside enjoying the town. The location is ideal as you could walk to everything in minutes. We drove from Lisbon and we could park just a block away for 8 euro a day. You don’t need to drive in Evora anyway as it is easier to walk around. The breakfast was a buffet. ham, cheese, toast, jams, kiwi fruit, pears, yogurt, croissants, coffee, and fresh orange juice from oranges that you juice there. As an older building I thought it would be noisy but no problems with noise.

Nice modern hotel

Reviewed 9 september, 2019

After coming from a slightly run down hotel in Lisbon, it felt really good to come to this fresh modern hotel. The beds were really comfy and we slept like logs. My wife had some problems with the breakfast since she is allergic to milk. I on the other hand enjoyed it. I especially liked the opportunity to press your own orange juice.

Great location, friendly staff

Reviewed 3 august, 2019

Stayed two nights in this well-located hotel which is close to the main square but very quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean and bright. Our room was comfortable but had old fittings and doors, only some of the hotel has been renovated. A jug was provide to make tea/coffee but no supplies were provided to make it with. The bathroom was very hot but clean with toiletries supplied. Breakfast was a buffet, okay but not great.
