Mis hijos disfrutan mucho la piscina y el desayuno fantástico. Al ingresar pese que mi ingles es basico, la persona que me atendio hizo todo lo posible por hacerme sentir como en casa, me encanta, siempre que veo un hotel de este resort no dudamos en quedarnos allí.

Positives: - Very quiet - Fast and smooth check-in Negatives: - Paid a premium for my preferred room type but the hotel did not honor that. They listed my preferred room type and marked available and sold it to me. When I showed up at check-in, they automatically downgraded me to a different room type. Felt screwed by paying more and did not get what's promised to me. - the landline in the room did not work - Check out staff, Warren, did not dress properly with his pants zip half-opened, provided instant feedback, there was another staff there, she seemed to be another front desk staff or housekeeping. They both did my check out. Warren later explained that it's broken, and he needed to saw it. I shared how this could come cross inappropriately.

This hotel was great. Everything was so clean. The bed was super comfy. Our room was very clean. The breakfast buffet was very good. We would stay here again. The front desk staff was very good. The shower was good. We had no issues at all. Definitely would stay here again.

We had to check in for emergency stay while traveling. Child came down with 24 hour virus. Staff so helpful with anything I needed. Housekeeping kind and understanding. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite so I was comfortable while waiting it out. Thank you wonderful people!! Walmart close by for the necessities.

This is an excellent place to stay. The room was large, modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable, water pressure was good in the shower, and the hotel was quiet. We arrived at midnight and our reservation was quickly handled by an efficient and friendly front desk clerk. The breakfast was good, and the food area was also very clean.
