When I first checked in on September 4 I was impressed by the physical appearance of my room. The hardwood Flooring and Beautiful Decor dazzled me. But I noticed some minor maintenance issues. I noticed outlets broken and lights out but I they had a staff that was on the job. Mr and Mrs Maintenance please check these things when you clean rooms.
Needed a night
Had a travel coupon book of area. Got one night for coupon price. Tried for two nights No Booked. Room large, clean and comfortable. No problem found or noted. I would stay here again. Also acrosd street from truck stop & Denny's.
Nice Hotel
Stayed during NYE, nice quiet hotel and close to Nashville. Would definitely stay again when i am back in Nashville. Beds were very comfortable, great TV, and coffee in the morning. Easy access to room.
Clean, near the highway, good price
Very close to the highway and several gas stations/restaurants, ample parking. Room with king size bed, amazing condition: no carpet and exceptionally clean everywhere. Bathroom: super clean, nice shower. Bed: comfortable mattress topper and soft bedding. AC: works perfectly and is somewhat quiet. Couch looks new. Very good price for one night, and NO extra charge for pets!! Very very pleased with the service and the condition of the room. Would come again!
Almost a 2 star accomodation.
Let me just say, we stayed here because "someone" is giving this place great reviews. When you give a hotel perfect reviews, there is a certain expectation that customers will expect when checking in. This place is not a 5 star hotel so those that are rating it as such are doing a disservice. This hotel is at the most about a 2. There are gaps under the door from the outside which is how the bugs are getting in, mildew smell, filthy walls and doors, broken tile with mold growth, and soiled linens just to name a few of the things that make this hotel a 2 -- NOT A 5!! When the morning came, I was never so happy to get out of a place. I have stayed in Motel 6's, Red Roof Inns, and Knights Inn that would be considered superior compared to the Deerfield Inn and Suites.
