Very Disappoonted!!
Rundown rooms. Cold pool water and area. Cold shower multiple days. Inaccurate website depiction of hotel rooms. Ran out of toilet paper and pool towels. Initial hotel room had not received house cleaning.
Shannon was fantastic to work with!
We met with Shannon to plan for details for our son's wedding the end of November 2020. We arranged all of the plans for the Rehearsal Dinner which we were all looking forward to! The bride's parents also worked out details for the wedding reception which was also held at the Ramada. With Covid-19 this year, we all have been getting used to making changes in our plans. The wedding was not any different. As changes kept coming, it was decided that our group had to be much smaller than anticipated originally. Shannon was SO helpful, encouraging, and willing to help with anything we needed! We would highly recommend working with Shannon! We have no complaints whatsoever, and high praise for her customer service.
Not What It's Like On Photos
The Ramada Hotel was overall outdated. Disappointed upon check-in. Kelli at the Front Desk was not friendly at all and came off having an attitude for no reason. No one did anything to her. Decent room, tiny elevator, super cold room, tv audio sucks and you get a dirty carpet as a bonus to your room and a welcome dirty carpet upon your stay. Don't bother staying here! Needs a serious update to their hotel(s).
STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!
I am not so fussy and hard on most hotels, but this Ramada is a dump. Very bad first impression when you walk into the front lobby-wished we had booked somewhere else, but it was late and we had already guaranteed our reservation on our credit card. Carpets, doors, and elevators are in need of updating. Paint on doors is chipped and peeling. Carpets in the hallways and our room are worn and dirty. Elevators squawk and squeak when you get in and smell of old oil. Must be a family hotel as there were many young teenaged kids running the halls in their swim suits and pajamas, going up and down elevators and even throwing ice at each other from the ice machine-this was at 11:30 - 12:30 at night. Our flight came in late so we stayed in Fargo before driving home 80 more miles at night. Wished we had kept going down the highway!!! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, the price was way too high for the dump that this hotel has turned into!! DO NOT STAY AT THE RAMADA.
Great Experience
We had a smaller banquet room and some sleeping rooms. Shannon was great to work with and made everything so easy and affordable for a small gathering we had here. Will definitely use them again and wouldn't hesitate to tell others to use this location.
