Booked through Priceline, when we called the hotel to select beds they said we couldn't and it would cost more, yet Priceline said we could call the hotel and do this. When we arrived at the hotel they said they were out of 2 queen and only had kings and that the woman who told us it cost more was new. We told the front desk that was fine, but she needed to be told so she wouldn't keep giving false information. The lady then copped an attitude and we asked to speak to a manager. She then said I'd we didn't stop harassing her she would have us escorted off the property. We asked her name since she wasn't wearing a name tag and she refused. She again threatened to call the police. I asked her to call her manager again and told her everything was on video. We then went to our room, figuring we'd talk to the next shift manager. On the way out I told another customer to ask her name and she said I was harassing guests. I then sat down and told her to call the manager and she did and lied to him to have us leave. I'm a loyal IHG customer and will be climbing the chain of command on this one! They should be able to pull the front desk camera and sound to verify.
We won't Stay ANYWHERE ELSE if in the Fargo Area!

I am a FREQUENT/Platinum-level traveler and greatly appreciate landing in a hotel that is QUIET, CLEAN, COMFORTABLE and FRIENDLY!! I was greeted immediately at the front desk by "Justin" and impressed by his attentiveness and willingness to ensure that we were satisfied with our stay. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The breakfast area, well stocked, friendly staff and the coffee bar was excellent! I've tagged this location for future reference to ensure that I won't stay anywhere else when we are in the Fargo-Moorhead area. TEN STARS - We look forward to returning to this location and express our gratitude to all!
Great value, friendly service

This relatively new property is a great value for the price paid. Rooms are well maintained and comfortable. Location is convenient to the highway. The surrounding area is a typical suburban commercial/retail strip but behind the hotel is a quiet residential area. The breakfast area was large enough to be comfortable, unlike some older hotels. The staff was friendly and competent. Jon resolved an issue with my initial room quickly and made sure I was well taken care of. Be sure to visit the nearby Fargo-Moorhead Visitors Center to see the wood chipper from the Fargo movie.
No housekeeping, rude staff

I stayed here for four nights and despite a note in my room saying housekeeping available upon request they refused to clean my room. When asked about this staff was rude and offered no explanation, very irritable that I was asking. Would never stay again and wouldn’t recommend to others.

I will start off my review by saying that we stay in a ton of hotels and in the last month we stayed in hotels 15 nights. That being said this place has by far handled breakfast during COVID the worst. Every place we have been too has figured out a way to serve hot breakfast still but in s safe manner. This place has decided to take the easy and cheap way out and just say sorry COVID is affecting us we can only serve toast and bagels. The garbage was overflowing and stuff was not well stocked. Very Very disappointed in this as when you book they still say hot breakfast is offered. Now beyond that the hotel is decent and nice. The guy who checked us in was fabulous and even when we got to our room and heard two screaming kids next door he showed up within two minutes with new cards for a room far away, very impressed with him. The rooms themselves are nice and new and the HVAC and plumbing in them are great. When we checked out though the lady at the front was less than helpful. She asked how i wanted my receipt and i said send it to my email. Not a big deal seeing as we are IHG rewards members and always stay on their properties. She said theres not Email with my account and got upset when I asked for a printed one then. Not a huge deal but kind of surprised she was mad at me that I didn't want to put my email in again as its already attached my my heavily used rewards account. Every other IHG property just emails me them but oh well, not a huge deal. Overall a nice hotel in a good location but breakfast is greatly lacking on their part.
