Inexpensive room, clean sheets. But no hot water for showers in the morning! We tried to report this to the front desk, only to learn that the phone in our room didn't work. When we checked out, the front desk admitted they were having plumbing issues. But we had not been informed of this the day before when we made the reservation or checked in. Also, the carpeting and upholstery looked dirty, and the furniture was sticky. I would recommend weighing other options before staying here.

There was no hot water anywhere in the hotel so we had cold showers. The coffee was bad and there wasn’t much for breakfast by 7:30. The room was fine but I’m not sure I’d stay there again if given the choice

DISGUSTING,FILTHY AND HORRIBLE STAFF

Dont under any circumstances book a room here! We checked in to have the room with fully wet carpet and a dresser propped up on paper. It smelled like mold. The bed linens were filthy . The chair in the room looked like it had been dragged in mud. I asked for a room change. The second room didnt have the fire alarm connected; there were wires literally dangling. The second room also had stains on bedding and on the chair. The floor ( carpet) was actually sticky. I again asked for a room change . By the way this second room didnt have a lock on the door that worked. I again went to the front desk to ask for another room/ The clerk at the front desk seemed not to understand the importance of having a working smoke detector in the room. The towels had stains on them as well. The pool was not functioning nor would I want to go in it after seeing how this place is cared for. The entrance doors were filthy as well. I have never ever had an experience in a hotel like this and we travel frequently. GO ELSEWHERE !!!!!!!!

Okay, this is disgusting. We just got to the hotel and it is absolutely disgusting. The chair that is supposed to be white looks like it was drug behind a truck on a muddy road for 7 miles, then peed on. The other “leather chair” is missing half the leather. They carpet is absolutely disgusting. Dirty, sticky and we can’t even take our shoes off! We have two of our kids with us and we can’t let them touch anything in this armpit of a room. The pillows are literally 2 inches thin and stained. The bed spreads are stained everywhere. Open holes in the walls with electrical wiring showing. OSHA would be pretty happy. Bathroom floor is sticky and looks like blood splatter on the floor. Awesome. I cannot believe Southwest partners with this hotel. The only reason I chose this one was because it was a Southwest partner. We typically never go below 3 stars but took a chance because of the relationship with Southwest. BAD DECISION. We are looking for another hotel immediately and due to the event we are at all the hotels are booked solid for the next three days! Gag. Absolutely disgusting.

Never again! Very gross room with heavily stained carpet including a chalk outline of a body on the floor!!! Garbage and dirt everywhere inside and out in the parking lot, employees are lazy and don’t clean the continental breakfast area, yes that wAs gross as well.
