Every stay at Baymont was great ..The staff was friendly..their was breakfast..services for check in n out was fast..The hotel was very clean..I couldnt think of any other hotel to stay when I go to Farmington NM but Baymont inn n suites..Thank you for the stay..see ya next trip..

When my family and I entered our hotel room, it looked clean for the most part. But as soon as we sat down my son noticed small ants. I thought it was just going to be one or two, but no! There were literally hundreds of ants all over the counter, bed and the floor!! I would upload a video I took showing yall how many ants were crawling around everywhere, but I can only post pictures on here. I will never stay here again!!! Waste of time coming here! I just wish I could get all my reward points back that I used here!! 😫

It's a great hotel ! Very clean, Staff was excellent and very polite, helped me with any type of services I needed . Very friendly and NOT rude at all . I will definitely be coming back to this place next time.
You get what you pay for.
I am a travel nurse who came to Farmington, NM to help with the CoVid load at a local nursing home. I stayed here for 10D/9N until my apartment was ready for me. PROS: - The price is reasonable. But you literally get what you pay for. - There is a coin operated laundry beside the hotel. - Downtown is so accessible from this hotel. You're always within 5-7 mins driving distance from coffee shops, restaurants and a park. CONS: - Out of all 10 employees working here, only 1 or 2 are wearing masks. Only one of the front desk person was wearing a mask. Only 1 out of 5 housekeepers intermittently wears a masks. They don't wear masks when cleaning the rooms.. They wear gloves - hoping and praying they were switching gloves in between rooms. 1 out of 5 guests were wearing masks. - One of the front desk lady was talking OVER us when we were trying to ask why we were charged $400+ for incidentals? We just wanted to know why it was that much. Instead of listening to us, she actually said, "Oh, so you don't know how third party booking works?" We booked through Expedia. So we waited for another employee to come in so we can ask the same question. The guy front desk person answered us quickly and non-condescendingly and said, "we do not determine the amount but the hotel does." And that was that, we understood why it was done and we never brought it up again. We got the $400+ back on my 3rd/4th day at the hotel. - My room was given towels whenever I want it, my bed done when I want it and my trash taken out when I need it to be emptied. BUT the hairs on my bathroom floors were never cleaned. My coffee area was never replenished. I was given one set of plastic cups and coffee cups for the duration of my stay. I was never offered nor given more shampoo/conditioner - which was fine because I brought my own. - On my 7th day, I had to have my access card activated again because it wasn't working anymore. Then I was charged $150+ AGAIN for incidentals. I got the $150+ back 2 days after checking out.
