AWESOME STAY!
I come home regularly to visit my elderly parents and I use to stay here exclusively but it just went down hill. I heard there was new management so I decided to give it another shot because you can't beat the rates. MAN!!!! What a world of difference! Whoever you put in charge has delivered in spades! Clean, quiet, comfortable and DEFINITELY more safe! You have re-earned my business!!!!
Nice hotel location
The Extended Stay America in Fayetteville NC was a very nice surprise after traveling all day. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel was in a great location. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable.

Very nice stay
We had a baseball tournament in the area on Memorial Day weekend. We booked this Extended Stay America due to its location, past reviews, price and of course, to save money on meals by preparing them ourselves. Overall the king size suite we reserved was very good. Bed was nice and comfy after these past 100 degree days to come back to. A couple of things to think about, we travelled with our pup. She was plenty comfy in the room as we were gone most of the day over the weekend, the bedroom has a nice closet where we placed her kennel. The entrance to the room needs to be reconfigured as there is a 90 degree angle which is hard to navigate with their luggage carrier. The bathroom is pretty tiny. Enough room in the bathroom for 1, and 1 only. Upon check in ask the person at the counter for their bin of pots, pans and dinnerware, that'll save you a trip back downstairs. The room itself was comfortable for the 3 of us (plus pup). 2nair conditioners in the room provided comfort not only for the livingroom area where the pullout sofa was located but also for our bedroom. Before anyone asks no we didnt make it to the pool (although it looked nice) because we were too busy at the tournament and too tired once we got back from it. We would definitely stay here again as it was a great price, comfortable accommodations, within walking distance to several nice restaurants (if you don't feel like cooking) and the customer service is superb! Thank you Extended Stay America Cross Creek Mall for a great stay! PS, the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was basically just the entryway into the room. It was a little cramped.
Expected More from my stay
Disappointed to say the least. The lobby was beautiful, staff great. I think I just got a bad room. Cabinet paint ripped off, fridge had rust on the side, towels just laying by the sink. Door in bathroom scrubs the shower curtain rail - not even sure how possible - the bathtub has a few marks on the bottom, paint in bathroom has spots looks like a non matching paint color, has an odor and the bed has a few stains. I'm looking over the other reviews and pictures, though most outdated, I think I might have just gotten a bad room? Not sure. See pics. Older hotel I guess. Calling front desk now.
