Disgusting! Please Avoid like the Plaque!
I don’t know how this hotel got as many good reviews as it has. The smell alone should have made me walk away. But we were tired after 6 hours on the road. Everything is caked in nicotine stains. Cracked walls, no working phone, tv’s don’t work. Clumps of dust on the ceiling fan. Manager offered to move us, but honestly, it’s not worth the hassle of packing back up again. I just want folks to not believe the grand reviews. See for yourself!
Great Stay
This was our second stay at this hotel and enjoyed both times. Kasia was very helpful answered all of our questions throughout our vacation. She also called the room shortly after check in to ensure everything was to our satisfaction - which it was. We were able to borrow extra kitchen items which was super helpful and on our second trip we even brought our dog with us. I really appreciated that the facilities were quiet. Just a nice relaxing time here.

To begin with, The Service here from the Counter is Superb!!.. Mrs.Nyllis and Mr.Miles on the night shift are great!..I couldn't have chosen a better place to stay...With service like this, and from the mentioned names please keep up the good work!.
Perfect for families with kids.
I enjoyed my stay. I stayed twice and it was a lovely experience each time. Kudos to Kasia and Nyssa for great customer service. Also I called maintenance which came like 5 min later. What a quick and efficient experience. We will be back. Kids enjoyed their chance to have their own Tv and space. 2 full bathrooms. Kitchen fully furnished. Space space space. Stayed in the skiing suite which was also spacious.
Confused
I am confused why the reviews for this place is so good? The ONLY good thing about this place is that it has a kitchen! It is dirty and in a less than desirable area. I was very disappointed when I arrived. Can’t wait to get out of here.
