El lugar bonito, nose si era por ser año nuevo pero solamente habia una persona en el lobby, este estaba un poco sucio por la nieve que la gente metia con los zapatos, la alberca sumamente pequeña y no habia toallas en esa area, el jacuzzi sucio, la habitación que nos tocó no tenía calefacción pero nos cambiaron a otra inmediantamente. Las instalaciones bonitas y las camas cómodas, el desayuno bien, el personal amable y la única recepcionista, excelente su trabajo auqnue estaba sola resolvio todo a la perfección

Habitaciones espaciosas y muy limpias, y aunque el baño no tenia bañera, estaba muy bien, cama muy comoda, desayuno correcto y personal muy amable, muy bien conectado a traves de la autopista, sin duda, me volveria a alojar aqui.

Not worth the money

We were in town for a baseball Tournament and stayed 4 days. There are only 5 luggage carts for the entire hotel, so we carried most of our things up to the 4th floor. The breakfast included pretty much sucked!! There was a good assortment of cereals but they had no milk, the microwave breakfast sandwiches were ok but we’re never replenished. Someone should have checked on things to refill as needed. After the first couple games we asked about laundry services but we’re quick to find that they were broken and could go down the block to wash, we’ll that sucks. Overall the staff was nice but for what you pay per night it seems not worth the money…

We were in town for a baseball tournament, so our whole team stayed here. The location was great. We were very close to a Wal-Mart and other stores, which was helpful for people on our team who forgot things from home. We were close to many fast-food restaurants and gas stations, plus we were just a few miles from Highway 69 and Keystone Parkway, which we needed to get to for our baseball games. I thought the rooms were good-sized and very comfortable. I liked the extra couch and desk area separated by a small wall. There is a small "kitchen" area with a sink and counter, plus a basic small fridge and microwave. I thought there might be plates, glassware, silverware, etc,, but there were just the basic plastic-wrapped cups and two paper plates. I was also hoping for a freezer, but the basic dorm-sized fridge did not have a freezer section. Since we were here for an extended weekend for baseball, I had brought freezer packs to use in our coolers, but there was no place to freeze the packs. We had to use ice, but the ice machines in the whole hotel kept running out. The breakfast was still grab-and-go, like during the height of COVID, but I have stayed in other hotels recently that had returned to their normal hot breakfast offerings. This hotel had breakfast sandwiches that could be microwaved, and my son actually really liked them, so that was good. There were containers of cereal and small cartons of milk, pre-packaged muffins, bananas and oranges, fruit and grain bars, and yogurt. I was hoping for more of the typical offerings such as bagels, waffles, and hot eggs, but at least there were a few options to take with us. Regarding housekeeping, I put out the "We're still sleeping" sign two of the days we were there, but I did not put out the sign on the other two days. Our room was only cleaned once. I had to go ask a cleaning person for empty trash bags so I could remove our trash and put in new liners. I did not need new towels or fresh sheets, but I wish someone would have knocked and asked if we needed the garbage to be emptied. The workout room was decent- I used the treadmill twice, and it was easy to get an available machine. Twice I needed help from the front desk worker (a key issue and needing to get paper plates from the breakfast area after hours), and both times, the person immediately jumped up to help. I appreciated that.

We were in town for a funeral, and Adela was very kind and helpful to us. The room was nice and spacious, and we appreciated that there was some breakfast and really like the ability to have a hot breakfast sandwich.
