Disgusting and DANGEROUS

It’s almost impossible to describe how gross my room was. The toilet had a beard. The bathroom floor was cracked and falling apart. They only had a single staff member working at 8:30 pm, a young 18 year old new employee. She was told by management to clean the room herself which is wildly inappropriate. I discussed the issue with the manager, Nate, and he was unconcerned with the dangers of the room. I will let the pictures speak for themselves. Yes that is mold you are seeing. And the floor is giving way, if you step on it, you literally feel an inch of give. They blamed Covid of course, however that excuse is bogus because they have been full for months.

I was very happy with the hotel. The room was clean and comfy. I slept very well. The room was adjacent to the pool and it was a quiet location. The breakfast was great! A true hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, as well as other selections.
Relax and Enjoy

The staff was very attentive to the properties, first thing in the morning they were busy tidying up. Sanitizing provisions readily available. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Tasty breakfast. Perfect place to stay for a quick weekend in Flagstaff.
Loud road; okay staff

This was just a one-night stay during a road trip. The location is great; easy access to nearby stores of any kind that you may need. I'm a Platinum Wyndham member which wasn't acknowledged on check-in but they did give me my preferred room location. Altogether, the check-in was way below average in terms of staff personality. Especially, after a 9-hour drive. I don't need a bubbly front desk person but a little bit of "how's your trip going" is welcomed. I was also not given a choice of facing the loud road (Milton) or not. The hotel was not nearly full so I'm fairly certain I could have had a room away from the road had I asked for it; didn't realize how load it would be. The highlight was definitely the full breakfast; well-maintained eating area. The front entrance to the hotel had food/drink spillage which didn't get cleaned up during my time there. There was also kid/kids of the staff apparently lounging in the front entrance area with his feet up on the sofa; not appropriate.
Flagstaff Location near I-40 and other attractions.

Somewhat out of date, and fun to get into and out of if you do not know the backway in. Location is fair in that it is near some attractions and college, and on a main street that has easy access to I-40 and Northern Arizona Museum.
