Our New Go-To Hotel of Choice in Flagstaff

Reviewed 15 january, 2022

We're currently staying here at the hotel and so far we've been blown away by every aspect of this place. The gentleman & lady at the front desk were very friendly with small talk while they got our room ready. They were able to accommodate both of our requests for a bathtub & close to the elevator. Upon entering the room it was quite large & roomy. We chose the King suite with kitchen. It has a really cute gas fireplace that is easy to use. Simple to control the thermostat in both the living area and the bedroom, separately. The entire room is clean and has everything you can possibly think of you might need during your stay, including cups, plates, bowls, dishwasher, mini stove top, large fridge & freezer, good size table with 2 chairs, all amenities (shampoo, conditioner, mouthwash, soap - all Neutrogena brand, which happens to be my favorite even at home). I called to the front desk to ask for additional pillows & blanket the first day and they were brought up within 30 minutes. I called the front desk the second day for additional towels & soap, they were brought up within 5 minutes. Absolutely superb service, and friendly. We also used the pool as well. It was clean and a new towel was on chair for guests. There was also a lot of safety elements around the pool which felt nice since I have 2 little ones who can't swim yet. Later we got snacks near the front desk and the lady was friendly again. They have a good assortment of snacks & drinks as well. We tried their breakfast as well and it did not disappoint. Fluffy scrambled eggs & sausage, cereal options, muffins, bagels, coffee, juices, yogurts AND all exceptionally clean and maintained. It's also laid out well where you don't feel on top of other guests who are trying to get items as well. We've stayed in Flagstaff 3 times in the last month at 3 different hotels (Twin Arrows, La Quinta & now this Hampton Inn). This hotel is by far the best choice and I'm glad we've found this little gem of a hotel. The entirety of the hotel might be slightly outdated, purely from a cosmetic viewpoint - but it has little upgrades here & there to make it feel slightly more modern. This will be our go to hotel from now when in Flagstaff. Thank you to the staff as well for being so friendly & attentive - it is much appreciated & noticed.

Poor for a Hampton

Reviewed 13 january, 2022

I previously wrote a review, but am amending it to reflect the stay after check-in. For some readon we were put on the first floor which, at least in my experience, is usually for people with mobility issues or dogs. It was loud with noise from the parking lot. Lots of noise from walls and ceilings. Breakfast only open until 9, and they were already closing it up before 9. Floor under sink in bathroom looked not clean. They appear to not take covid protocol very seriously at all. Stayed in better places for cheaper. We will find different accomadation next time we're in Flagstaff.

Great stay

Staff was excellent and took care of my family during our stay. Arrived at check in time and our room wasn’t just ready so we were upgraded to a suite and offered complimentary bottles of water. We didn’t ask for any of that and that is exactly how customer service should be. Will definitely stay at this location again.

Convenient, clean and comfortable

Reviewed 28 december, 2021

This hotel was close to the airport, close to many amenities and as usual the beds were very comfortable. We used the pool and hot tub. For a change the hot tub was actually hot enough! We would stay there again the next time we are in Flagstaff.

Nice and Clean

Reviewed 7 december, 2021

The front fest attendant was very helpful and attentive. Our room was clean and stocked. Although I appreciate the eggs and sausage for breakfast, they are the only hot items besides toast. Breakfast is also only from 6am - 9am, even on the weekends.
