The front door staff was great and super helpful - I give her 5 stars. The two room suite was worn out and shabby looking - 1 star. Not what o would expect for the price - so disappointing. To top it off, the bathrooms had body wash, shampoo and conditioner but no lotion. Again, huge disappointment.
There are more scenic places in Flagstaff

Our car broke down about 40mi north of town on a road trip to Portland, Or. Our usual places (Little America, Sonesta ES) were booked up. I called this place, and was quoted 330 for a two queen room due to a convention in town. I said, I guess I will take it, and was hung up on. Mind you, I was standing on the side of a desolate highway, with my family of 4 waiting for a tow and a cab. I called back, the line was busy. I called again, got through, and made clear I wanted the room. For being full the room was quiet. You won't go wrong staying here, but for a similar price you can get a hotel with grounds to walk on and enjoy. Much over 120 isn't worth it. Go to the other places I mentioned unless you just want a place to sleep close to town. There is nothing wrong with this place and I thank them for providing a place for my family in our time of need.

I had two separate stays in August 2021. The hotel itself is located in a nice and convenient area. Any requests that we had during our stays were met especially by the frontdesk agent "Taylor". I must say that she went above and beyond and was extremely pleasant to deal with throughout our stays. Whether it was trip information, pillows at night (which she delivered herself) or coming out to help get the grill lit. She did it all with a great genuine attitude. I myself have been working in hospitality for the past decade and you rarely encounter a gem like that. Lastly, a special mention to Gloria of Housekeeping who also assisted and provided good conversation.

1st off. The staff at this hotel are ALL very exceptional and VERY customer service oriented. They will do whatever they can to make the visit more enjoyable. Really. Kuddos! The staff is the only reason we did not give this a lower rating. We got a king 2 bedroom suite for the week for the tune of $1,500 bucks. (there is an additional hotel charge for every night of stay) We just expected a bit more. Close to every highway, eating, good location to sleep and shower. Upon arrival the pool was FILTHY. The kids wanted to swim so badly.. It was vacation. 2nd day we were told the pool has black algae and they had to SHOCK and close for the day. Days 3-5 still black algae. Still no swimming. Maintenance man was there every morning and said pool would have to be drained and scrubbed/refilled. Day 7 pool was still open, black algae. No thanks. Drain it guys. Scrub it. Not worth people getting sick. There is a sports complex up the street we paid to go swimming at for day guests. That was nice. Upon arrival into our room, both phones were broken. Called front desk from our personal cells. Let them know all room issues in advance. They were so nice, but it didn't make the rooms better. They were aware of pool and tech issues. I took pictures of it all. TV in 1 room not set up, so no TV in a bedroom. Carpets are FILTHY. If you walk barefoot, you're feet will be BLACK. Needs replacing terribly/stained! Towel hook in one bath missing so hung towels in shower daily to dry. Ice maker was broke. We got an ice cube tray from front desk though (thanks!) The fold out couch was unusable. The mattress is bare bones. The couch itself need replacing as well. No padding left and we covered with sheets just to sit on because it too was stained up. Sheets worked though! (thanks again front desk!) Both king beds were VERY comfortable. We had 3 kids on 1 bed, and we had the other since the couch was unusable..Bagged breakfast for covid was fruit, muffin, water, and granola bar. Coffee station as well. It is roomy. 2 full baths are nice for families. Property needs a definite cleaning. It could be a great place with this staff! Corridors need sweeping, parking lot needs re-paving, curbs need repainted, just looks tired. Picnic area and grills were always picked up and well maintained. Garbage receptacles were always emptied on the property.
Second time staying here - went downhill

Let me start by saying that the staff are friendly. The hotel itself has fallen below expectations. We stayed here a couple years ago and the property has really aged. The rooms were in beat up and shabby condition. I don’t want to go on a rant, but it was below average. Ripped furniture, frayed carpet, paint peeling, and generally dirty condition. The phones in the room didn’t work, so management gave us a choice to change rooms or a $40 credit per night. By the way, it was about $300/night for the 2 bedroom unit. I would not stay here again unless they did a major fix-up. I understand that its during the pandemic, but would it be hard to replace a worn out toilet seat? Many things in kitchen were dirty or uncleaned.
