Definitely 1, when we was checking out they give me a receipt for 120 euro , i was paid 160 euro when I checked in day before. When I say that to reception nobody give me the answer…I don’t have time to wait answer from reception because i must go to the hospital. But i must to write to people to now what kind of hotel is Ramada in Flensburg

While we had to shell out a huge price for the room, it was absolutely worth it thanks to the mindblowing views from the room and the excellent waterfront location of the property. If only they had higher quality service, the rating could have gone to 5 stars. LOCATION: located right at the tip of the harborfront and steps away from the old town DINE + DRINK: Sweet lobby level bar and restaurant that serves breakfast ROOM: We stayed in Room 419, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Spectacular view of the waterfront and the pretty buildings!; SIZE: Very spacious room; AIR-CON: No AirCon in the room, but the weather was manageable; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part to put me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Good quality cosmetics FACILITIES: No Gym or pool on site SERVICE: Barely acceptable service that did nothing more than service the requests of the guests and didnt bother to go beyond that HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free Medium -speed Wi-Fi that works well all over the property. Big Plasma TV screen dishing out dozens of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies and a wide variety of entertainment in multiple languages

Good location but also flaws at the hotel

We were at this hotel for 5 nights in July of 2022. Very good location and good reception service. Beds too soft for me, my back hurt from sleeping in the beds. Beds were made every day and we had enogh clean towels. But even though we had no toilet paper left, cleaning didn´t put new toilet paper in the bathroom. Had to ask for more toilet paper in the reception every time we needed some more. Not a big breakfast buffet, but it was ok. However, it could sometimes be a bit slow when it comes to filling up the plates with more food. The pancakes were always cold and often not enough of them (but tasted fine)

Good location, close to both the harbor and the pedestrian street. As many others have said, no AC in the room. Our beds squeaked when you sat on them or turned. Got another room with silent beds. The first room felt a bit run down, the other felt more up to date. Convenient parking house behind the hotel. Friendly staff. The beds were two separate ones pushed together, good! Prefer that in stead of queen size bed. Judging from the first room the hotel needs a renovation. Judging by the second room, it’s been done in some rooms.

When we checked in, we were told the price. When we checked out, the price was more than 100 Euros more. There were silverfish in the bathroom, and the bathroom was also inadequately cleaned, with stains, that should be easily removable, on the outside of the toilet bowl.
