This place is outstanding. It’s a hidden gem in the city of Florence. All of the staff are very hospitable & go way beyond assisting you with whatever you need. The room was very clean, quite & charming. I felt like I was at home. They made my stay there so great.

The room was very clean, and had everything I needed. The personel was very nice and changed my room twice upon request. The location is not very crowded, which I liked especially during high seasons. The value for money was good.

What a wonderful place to stay. Was booked for 1 night but decided to stay for 2. Lovely parking courtyard, clean and peaceful. Reception staff and manager extremely polite and friendly. Very helpful for local info. A drinks vending machine in the main reception offering hot and cold drinks. Fairly priced too. The room was spotless. Very modern, but not spoiling of the surroundings. Linen and towel change daily. Air con and heating. Nice array of shops nearby locally if you want the quiet side of Florence. We took a taxi into the centre at a cost of €18 (approx) We had a takeaway on the second night because quite frankly we enjoyed the peace of the hotel... It was of course made doubly better by the greeting of the resident cat x We shall definitely be returning!

Great choice if you want to have it all. Basically you are in the outskirts of Florence city, but still feels in the city it self. 15 minutes by bus or car from city Centre. From hotel to highway is another 15/20 minutes. Your car is safely gated inside the estate. Surprisingly big house within city limits. Like a micro palazzo. We were lucky when we checked in the person could speak ok English. Sometimes another guy is there but he can’t speak English. The hotel was easy to locate via google maps. But can be boy be reached by roundabout way. Just outside the hotel is a bus stop. Again google maps can be trusted to time its arrivals. Nice Interior and spotlessly clean. Best was large and confortable. In summer they install an Airco. The price quality and the free car park makes this place an unbeatable combination of you are by car. But if you don’t have a car there are other places in ztl that’s better value.

Amazing old building a short walk from the main sights of Florence. Our room was simple and had been converted from a larger room which left some odd corners butnitnadded to the character. There isn't much around the hotel but the free parking was a great added bonus,
