More about the hotel
We had a great stay and didnt want to leave
The staff were very friendly and professional. The room was great with well kept amenities and good design touches. It is a very convenient location with less than 5 minutes walk to the train station and close to restaurants and tourist attractions. We will definitely be back if we are in Florence again.
Wonderful hotel
We stayed here three nights shortly after the coronavirus outbreak in northern Italy. The lobby is beautiful, the breakfast delicious and generous. The wi-fi was kind of wonky but OK overall. One night we had an issue with the lights in our room, but the staff resolved it expeditiously.
Wonderful Hotel
It is conveniently located within walking distance of the train station and an easy walk to all the sites in Florence. We stayed there three nights and had a really nice time. The hotel is unique and interesting. We had a lovely view of the piazza. Massimo is a great bartender and we enjoyed the Aperol Spritz he made. He is very friendly and fun! The bar in the hotel is quite small but make sure you take time to visit him. The breakfast was very good as well. Lots of choices and all was delicious. Great stay!
Beautiful Hotel with a unique charm
This is one of the most interesting hotels we have visited on my travels, it is located in the middle of the city not far from the train station, we spend 4 night here during our trip across Italy. We had a beautiful room with a balcony, the decoration in the room was sleek and modern but still with the old-world charm. The hotel overall was beautiful and had such a fun concept from the palm trees made from car used tires to the statues of superheroes and movie stars located around the building. But the best part was the staff, especially the gentlemen on the reception desk Filippo I think his name was and he was so kind and friendly each day, It made are stay the most wonderful with his happy and charming personality and taking an real interest in the meaning behind our trip and a special family memento my wife brought with her to remember her sister who recently passed. It really helped make our trip to Florence just the little more special he is a true asset to this hotel.

Wonderful experience. Old world charm but modern conveniences. Easily within walking distance to multiple sites and the train station. Breakfast opened at 7 a.m. options varied enough for most travelers but remained the same selections for the 9 days there. The staff was gracious, attentive, and very helpful. Housekeeping was top notch.
