Very beautiful hotel
I loved whole hotel. It is in center of Firenze. I liked that thay park your car in garage by them self and 30minutes before u want to go somewhere they bring it to you. They have lovely breakfast offer. And i love the ambient its very chic. We will definitly come back
Lovely hotel right on the River
Lovely hotel right on the River, we had a room with a smal balcony, great in the day but ensure that it's closed up in the evening to protect you from the insects. Lovely room, great bar, nice cocktails, perfect trip for my Wife's birthday.
Honeymoon Stay
I am so happy to have picked this hotel! They really make you feel special and welcoming. Great room, with small details that made it extra special! We book it with a month in advance and we're in contact with the hotel before our arrival. They were all so helpful and friendly.
Pleasant stay, but do avoid the bar.
The hotel itself is a true gem. Although the room is a bit smaller than the average hotels in Florence specifically within the similar price range, overall it was comfortable and trendy. The check in was extremely smooth, and the front desk personnel was helpful overall. However, the drinks at the bar was somehow terrible. We waited around 7-8 minutes just to order, and the espresso martini was way below my expectation as it definitely didn’t worth 9 euros. (Apparently the person who made the drink wasn’t a professional bartender.) We didn’t try the food at the dining area so couldn’t speak for the overall dining service. However, when it comes to drinks at the hotel bar, would definitely recommend to avoid for fear of further disappointments. Advice - there’s a massive room for improvements regarding your bar service.
Fantastic location
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great with a room with a beautiful view. The breakfast was good with lots of variety and choice. It was within close walking distance to everything and easy to find. The room was basic but clean and had everything you need. I had a great time and would be back if I return to Florence.
