We loved staying at this hotel. Everything was perfect. The location is so good in front of the main railway station. The area is clean and in the middle of the city. The tram is just in front of the hotel.

It’s a good hotel for a family trip👌🏼.our room was clean quiet with street view.we were there for 2 night.just breakfast was limited.wifi was very good. Stuff were friendly at the end we had a good staying there
Great Experience and Location
Excellent location (near to Santa Maria Novella Train Station), with a great staff (always happy to help and give us the best tips about the city) and a delicious breakfast! The Bar team was also great - you need to drink a Spritz right there. :)
Wonderful
This hotel is very clean and stylish and the staff so very helpful and professional. It was a bit noisy in our room facing the street and they graciously moved us and we liked our second room even more. The Bar is very cool and Ricardo the bartender was really great and introduced us to Neopolitan drinks! The hotel is in a great location and easy to walk everywhere with great restaurants nearby. Please be really careful of pick pockets though on the tram quad to the airport! Its so convenient to have it right in front of hotel but a Mecca for thieves preying on travelers. Gracie!!
Nice Decor Hotel with Great Service
This hotel is opposite to the Firenze SM Novella station and is close proximity to many attractions of Florence. Room is very comfortable and neat. Next to the bar, it has a quiet sitting area that is good for chatting with friends. Hotel Diplomat is ideal for couples and business travelling. The lady staff , Benedetta always served with a bright smile and was always prompt to respond to my requests. This was what I impressed the most.
