Great Customer Service.
I didn’t actually get the pleasure of staying here as I missed my flight but the customer service has been in unbeatable. They were on hand to help me with a late check in and they were so emphatic when I had to cancel my booking. If you’re a solo traveller and need an easy stop off I could recommend more.
Ideally located
Great location - near to supermarket, cafes, restaurants , SMN railway station, tram stops. We arrived at around 10am and the staff allowed us to check in , so thankful. Lots of free maps and pamphlets on tourist attractions in Florence. There was a cosy rest corner at the common passageway where our room was located. City tax at this hotel is 4 euros per person per night.
good choice for a sightseeing trip
good location (close to the train station and in walking distance from city center); noise level is ok even for the room facing the street; friendly staff; clean room with a comfortable bed; very small bathroom; typical Italian breakfast (very basic, only 'sweet') with freshly made cappuccino/espresso - a good choice if you go for sightseeing to Florence
Great location
Great location and friendly and helpful staff. The place is a bit older but that adds to the charm of the place the old elevator is terrific. Lots to see and do around the hotel with plenty of eateries nearby.
Convenient location for a good price
This hotel is close to the train station and major sights. The room was a good size but the bathroom is extremely small. Rooms have air conditioning- a must this past September and a refrigerator. The breakfast is basic but very adequate. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is an elevator, albeit ancient, but it worked and was much appreciated after a long day of sightseeing or on days when transporting luggage.
