Thank you for a lovely few nights stay. Great location and very friendly and accommodating owners. Clean room and bathroom and a very comfy bed. Roof top terrace is a bonus for a view of the city. No lift so be warned it’s a lot of stairs! Nice / basic breakfast and no tea or coffee facilities in the room, but if you ask they will provide. Would recommend this B&B to couples or perhaps a couple of friends travelling.

We loved staying at this hotel. It was quaint and just what we wanted! It was great exercise going up and down the 6 flights of stairs! The staff proactively helped us carry our luggage up when we arrived and down when we left! The breakfast each morning was delicious! The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was very nice. We also enjoyed the rooftop area!

It was an unexpected chore to tote a heavy suitcase up to the 3rd floor. Thankfully my wife got some help both up and down. The hotel was clean and very traditionally decorated. The room was good size and contained a Q-sized bed. The bathroom was clean and had new fixtures. The location was a short walk to the Central Market and railway station. Breakfast was a regular Italian, with boiled egg, cheeses, cure meats and pastries. We wanted to take a taxi to the airport in the morning but had some issues. The breakfast lady/hotel clerk spoke no English. She called 2 taxi companies but communicated to me there were no taxis available. (there was going to be big protest that AM) I was somewhat concerned about getting to the airport on time by taking a bus. My wife, who speaks French, spoke to the woman who suggested to her that we take the tram. Goggle Maps hadn't suggested the tram - it opened in Feb 2019. It costs 1.5 euros each goes directly to the airport from across from the train station. It was a real time and money saver.

Centrally located, very clean, very nice property. Lots of stairs but they will help with bags. Very nice breakfast. 3 of us in a very comfortable room. Close to everything, and great staff. Highly recommend.

We stayed for three nights and would highly recommend to anyone. We arrived later in the evening and were welcomed by Percy, who gave us some help carrying our suitcases up the stairs. He was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was gorgeous with lots of space for all our clothes and other travel items. The bed was so comfortable, the mattress worked around the body. We have been traveling around Italy in a mixture of luxury hotels and B&B’s, this has been the best bed i have slept in so far. Thank you, you have saved my back from the previous rock solid mattresses. The breakfast was fantastic too. A wide range of options to suit everyone and all very tasty! The location is excellent, withon walking distance of the train station and all the sights of Florence. I would highly recommend booking here and we would stay again if we returned.
