Staff Is Very Helpful!
Had a great 3 night stay here! Pasquale was very accommodating and helped us with parking & directions. The room was comfortable and clean. Be sure to let the staff know when you are arriving so they can show you in. Overall, the location was nice (a short walk to most attractions) and the hotel has a lovely patio out back!
Lovely Family
Had a lovely time here last week with my wife. Stayed in one of the apartments at the back. Nice young Italian guy next door. Lovely outside area, great if you smoke, lovely and all Italian inside. Room was spotless, great shower, comfortable bed. The hosts were just fantastic, the owner and his family are just really nice people. Dont be put off by the outside or walk to reception. Inside is ideal.
Infested location!!
!!WARNING!! A warning to all that want to go to this accommodation or already made a booking. This accommodation has BED BUGS AND A SERIOUS PROBLEM WITH INSECTS!! We stayed here last week and after the first night our legs were covered in red spots which itch terrible. The owner’s answer was that they were bites from mosquitoes and she did nothing about it. When returning home we discovered that the bed bugs were also in our suitcases and we had to disinfect everything!!
Great stay
Great 3 night stay....lovely large room...peaceful.....nice garden to have your breakfast or aperitif in....lovely bunch of people run it ....very helpful....helped me with printing train tickets and also asked whether we needed a taxi booked on departure.. it is very close to everything to visit in Florence .....only drawback.: it takes 20 mns to walk to the station and is convoluted so - take a taxi....only 12-15 euros..especially if you have heavy suitcases and are not familiar with the layout of Florence
OK , but could be better.
Good : Close to city centre -10-15 min walk . Garden, room was spacious Things to improve : Toilet is placed in awkward position -sitting properly was a struggle. Very noisy -Not possible to sleep after 7 am due to noise from reception and kitchen. Breakfast - minimal , do not recommend at all . Breakfast area is made from 3 tables. You need to eat your breakfast fast so other guests can sit -not enjoyable moment -we are on holiday and come to relax not to rush . If you have children you will struggle in this area.Garden could be made to facilitate this but is not at the moment . Towels was not changed at all during our 5 days stay . I have stayed in nearby hotels for longer and towels was changed every day. Shame, as hotel has possibility to be better
