Room was clean though the TV size was too small. Wi-fi did not work properly and there wasn’t room service which is unacceptable for an international standard hotel. I tried to order lunch at 11:20 AM because I was in a hurry to the airport and they could not make it. No amenities like gym or swimming pool. Staff is realky nice though especially the waiters Willian and Bruno. Breakfast is also good.

The hotel was renovated recently. The rooms are spacious, equipped with TV, minibar, ar-conditioning and hair drayer. The breakfast included is regular, The services are the differentiator, the employees are friendly. There is a marine and small beach just behind the hotel.

I recently stayed here and found the service A1 it's close to airport and downtown I walked to downtown no problems the room was great wifi excellent the complimentary breakfast exceptional I even had a meal at the restaurant food was average but tasty I'd stay here again I had my own car so getting around was easy but I walked too

Worst hotel in Brazil

I have been travelling to Brazil for the last 10 years and this is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Firstly, the hotel is next to a Favela. The hotel is in the middle of no where. The taxi driver told me not to go out out at night as it is very dangerous. There is nothing around the hotel. The internet does not work in the rooms only in the lobby where it is very slow. The hotel staff is not very helpful. When you ask for a normal taxi, they make you use the hotel cars which charge twice as much as a normal taxi. But as it is so far away from anywhere there is no other choice. The restaurant has also overpriced food. Not a good hotel if you are here for business. I did not feel safe in the room! Better options out there.

This hotel is palced away from everthing, We had a number of issues with the front desk. They had some great staff but who tried to make our stay better but it was always trying to fix issues that sould not have been there in the first place
