Mrs Spiteri
This hotel is surrounded by beautiful gardens, lovely and quiet. The rooms are of a good size and have a fantastic balcony. The breakfast was adequate and staff members were terrific. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.
Nice hotel, BUT....
The hotel itself is okay, but during weekends they host a lot of weddings. This means a lot of noise, difficult to park your car and no attention from the staff. So if you consider going to this hotel, check before you book. The hotel is about 15 minutes drive from the old town of Ascoli Picieno.
A lovely hotel with great staff.
The hotel itself is very gracious with great decor. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. There is a vast array of choices for breakfast and the room is lovely. The bed was super comfy and the linens of the best quality. A very spacious shower and good sized, and plentiful, towels. It is extremely close to Ascoli Piceno which is well worth a visit. The only thing missing? It really could use a pool.
Pretty, but with technical deficiencies
Our stay was short, so we did not complain, but: 1. The safe was broken. Since that was very apparent, it looks like management does not pay attention to details. 2. The toilette was functioning only before midnight and after 7:30 A.M. At night it simply did not have any water for the flash. Members of our group had the similar problem and complained to the reception. They were told, that they are not pressing the flash button in the proper way. No other reaction or willingness to resolve the problem.
Better than Excellent!
One of the nicest hotel & restaurant experiences anywhere! The grounds and hotel were perfectly groomed and decorated with stunning art and antiques. Isabella at the reception desk was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Dinner and wines of local specialties was incredible! Service by Serofino was impeccable. I can't say enough about this beautiful hotel and restaurant and the charming, knowledgable people we met.
