One of the Best Hampton Inns

We stayed ones night while traveling through North Carolina. This hotel was so clean, employees were all very pleasant and helpful and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Everything tasted so fresh. We had a room with a King bed and it very nice and clean. Loved the layout, it felt very spacious. We would stay here again if we're back in the area. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

The elevators were basically down the 3 days we were there and the running water in the room was brown. We did not even want to shower, who wants to take a shower in brown water! Just a bad experience!

I can not say enough good things about this hotel. The hotel is so nice and cozy inside. The staff is so kind and helpful. The rooms are very nice and clean. The coffee table they have in the lounge area was probably my favorite part. I was visiting forest city for a wedding and I’m so glad I chose this hotel for my stay. Thank you!

Worth the stay.

This location was very convenient for us to visit an ill family member. It was very close to local shops, restaurants and gas stations. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly staff member and as a Hilton Honors member, given a goodie bag. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of options, including bottled water and fruits.

If “Cheers” were a hotel instead of a bar…

I travel every few weeks for work and the staff greets me by name. If a suite is available, they automatically upgrade me. I’ve only had an issue once several months ago and they took care of it immediately and we still laugh about it. The hotel is clean, the staff is welcoming and always happy to see you. I’ve even had parts delivered to me in the middle of the night and they held them for me until the next morning so I could sleep uninterrupted. They’re fantastic! The beds are SO comfortable and the pillows will make you want to take them home. I’m always happy to be home, but when I crawl into my own bed, I miss my “other home”.
