Tired property, seems the norm with Choice these days
Nice touch with the "sealed" sanitized room, and it did smell clean. But crumbs on carpet were proof that vacuuming at least was half-hearted. Carpet and surfaces were worn, couch should be placed at the curb - stained, lumpy and hard as a rock. Coffee table had adhesive marks (decorative strips removed?), carpet was frayed, bathroom was dim and worse for wear. Shower was a trickle. And it was noisy - yes, it was just off I-75, but wow. You could hear every single vehicle.
Filthy
I never write reviews- good or bad. But I have to with this encounter! Terrible filthy hotel. Tried 3 different rooms and the toilets all had hair and dust around the base behind the lid and the mirror in one room was filthy with a hand prints and food stuck on it and bathroom counter had dried on spots of something, along with the carpet not looking like it had been vacuumed at all and that goes for the hallway carpet too. I never got to the beds to check them out , didn’t get past the bathroom! Elevator floor and doors were dirty. The front desk gal was very nice, but this place is disgusting. I think they just put a sticker on the door saying it’s been sanitized and cleaned and then don’t clean a thing! Very disappointing for a Comfort Inn. The owner should train their cleaning staff better. Don’t stay here!
Not good
Not a good place high price in our roon the fold out couch was falling apart. We had no water pressure in the shower dribbled but did not run. Food left alot to be desired at breakfast. We had bugs in our room too.
Friendly place to stay with a family
This was a great last-minute hotel stay right off of 75. The staff was very friendly & the breakfast was really good! The breakfast attendant was very sweet and kept the area clean & maintained. Although it’s not the newest looking hotel, it was very clean & accommodating. We would definitely stay again.
Dirty and rude
If I could give zero stars I would. We attempted to stay here on our recent road trip. We booked a king suite room that had a pull out couch for our teenager to sleep on. The only one available when we arrived was an accessible room which was fine with us. When we Checked in we went up to the room to discover mildew/mold in the bathroom, stains of who knows what all over the pull out bed and no sheets or pillows for the pull out. My husband went to the front desk to get sheets and pillows and was told they have no pillows for the pull out bed. We decided to not stay the night at this establishment and when we went down to tell the front desk, the man at the counter was rude and said we may not get our money refunded because we had already been in the room too long. We had been in the room less than 30mins. My husband requested to speak to a manager and the desk clerk replied let me go check the room and if you haven't messed it up then I will refund the charge. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
