Advertised queen sized beds are actually full sized
Overall, this hotel is a pleasant stay. We have stayed here twice. It’s small, lots of parking, clean, and the staff is exceptionally nice. However, there is one point of caution when booking. There are 4 King Suites in the hotel— one per floor. The other rooms are advertised as queen studio suites, with either one bed & one sofa bed or two actual beds. When you’re reserving a “queen studio suite”, you’d generally expect them to be queen sized beds. However the actual beds are full sized beds. The sofa bed might be a queen, but who books a hotel to sleep on the sofa bed? Since there are only 4 King suites, it’s exceptionally hard to switch rooms to one with a bigger bed. I thought as soon as we walked in that the bed looked small, and it was later confirmed by the front desk agent that the beds are indeed full sized beds. So only book here if you’re traveling alone or are a couple okay with sleeping in a full sized bed rather than the advertised queen. Unless you want to sleep on the potentially-queen-sized sofa bed.
Wonderful stay!!
We had a wonderful stay!! Our king handicapped suite was huge and made wheelchair accessibility easy. First floor was convenient to both the pool and handicapped parking. Many restaurants around the hotel so many food choices within walking distance. Great hotel!!
Great hotel for family after long day on the road
If you have a family, you will love staying at a property like this. It makes life so much easier w the little ones, from the laundry facilities to the spacious rooms. Would recommend staying here and enjoying the space.

Expectations were exceeded! From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out the service from front desk housekeeping all of the team there was extremely accommodating! This is by far the nicest newest property in all of Fort Collins! Comfy beds nice spacious rooms with full kitchenette full size fridge etc! Definitely will stay again and recommend to anyone!
