IHG Spire Elite Member. Stayed Many Times in Past..Never Again
i have been a frequent traveler here in past due to pre covid monthly events and had amny rooms also in my party rented was always greeted and update ...SAT FEB 20 Arrived was told the Upgrade Suite I always get had been rented or re assigned....after calling a week in advance to make sure upgrade was in order...given smaller room with small look like roaches in bathroom with stain in bathtub when went down SUN AM FEB21 was told i hadnt booked suite ate..i informed the lady Ashley that i never book a suite but due to. my status ive always been upgrade...mine you now ..this is basically an extendedd stay hotel...therefore was move to another room with noises from the shower or bathroom from next room you could hear loudly...was agin moved to room. TV didnt work....finally we figured out and got it to work......REMINDER. IF YOU HAVE TO SEND A FEW MORE $$$ FOR COMFORT AND LUXURY..PAY IT AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. AFTER A YEAR OF BUSINESS I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN....SUGGEST YOU CHECK OUT OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE YOU BOOK THIS HOTEL PROPERTY.........
Horrible stay, does not reflect reviews
Upon my arrival, there were 3 people sitting on the ground smoking immediately outside the entrance to the hotel. Upon entry, I discovered one of the people was the hotel receptionist. The check-in process was smooth but he and the lobby smelled of smoke. I proceed to my room only to find that the entire floor smelled pungent. When I return from dinner I find the same 3 people sitting on the ground in the parking lot still smoking.
Quite disappointing
Imagine arriving at your hotel room after a long flight and an exhausting, crowded passport control, ready for a hot shower and some rest just to find that there are no towels -except for a couple of washcloths- or amenities and I mean soap and shampoo by that (empty dispensers). It took about 30 minutes for the front desk agent to bring them up to the room. Not his fault since he was by himself at the time. To top it off the A/C was not working but at that point it was close to midnight and I was catching a 7 AM flight out of FLL so I opted against moving rooms. Too much drama for a quick and simple stay, when I reported all these issues in the morning they told me the General Manager would be notified but I haven't heard a peep ever since. Would not recommend at all.
Clean and awesome rooms
Really awesomely equipped rooms with even a lending cupboard for kitchen implements games books etc. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Staff was all incredibly friendly and helpful. Can’t recommend it enough. Only bit of improvement would be a towel bar nearest shower. Trying not to turn bathroom floor into a wet zone was a challenge!

We arrived late after a long flight. Candlewood Suites Ft L/Seaport was wonderful! Clean, orderly, and well maintained. The property and staff combined to provide a nice environment to rest and prepare for vacation. Thank you Hotel Management!
