Kevin the best person in the world the hotel provides great customer service the the housekeeping in maintenance worker are very polite and answer all requests that you put in for your room place is kept very clean and mask rules are followed.

I have stayed in many hotels, but never as outstanding as this one! Caressa and Ana Kay have left no stone unturned when it comes to cleanliness, customer service and professionalism. In these uncertain times, it is so comforting to see every time my family and I walk through the lobby, the employees are busy cleaning something. At the front desk, Kevin and Natalie have never failed to greet us or any guests,that I've seen, with a smile and a kind word. They are so knowledgeable and are always offering and willing to help with anything that we need. Extended Stay is very blessed to have them on the front line. Raphael (maintenance guy) has been incredible! We have never seen a worker as diligent and driven as him. Not only is he there in a hurry every time we call on him but when we pass him he is always asking if there's anything we need and if we are all right. That is very comforting. Again, extremely professional. Let me not forget the housekeepers. They have also been extremely kind and friendly to us while always seeing if we need anything. Our room has always been done consistently and in detail. They are so hard-working. Thank you Extended Stay and you will forever have our business. The Jacksons
False advertising
At this location they offer a queen deluxe room type that is suppose to come with a sofa bed that say's it sleeps 4 people. False false false, the queen deluxe doesnt sleep 4 people because the sofa bed cant even pull out and allow space in the room to be used. You either are gonna be forced to constantly have to move furniture back and forth or sleep on a raggedy sofa during your stay. The management take no responsibility for offering something at 79.00 to 100.00 dollars per nite that should set at motel rates for what is offered and dont bother calling corporate at 980-345-1600 and expecting a response cause youll be on hold for hours. This brand extended stay,that say there for the customer is all a lie. These facilities are low budget and for there prices need a seriuos upgrade on there rooms.
AVOID THIS PROPERTY
I'm retired for 2 years and traveled for 45 years. This may be the worst property I've ever stayed at. It's Superbowl weekend and we needed a place within driving distance of the airport otherwise I'd drive an hour to the airport. I'm seriously hesitant to touch anything. Mold throughout the room. Dirty floor in the kitchen area. Dated furnishings and dirty tables. Noticed 2 people leaving after checking in and seeing their room. Good thing we only need 6 hours sleep.
Employer wanting to house temporary associates
I stopped by this property tonight and Whitley was on the front desk. I am in need of a room with a kitchenette for a couple who will be helping us with our business for a month. I have actually used this property before and was pleased with the accommodations, proximity to our office and overall cleanliness. I can now add that I was very impressed by Whitley and her customer service. She told me how I could get the best rate for the month and what all the amenities would be for my associates. I was pleased to know the facility is pet friendly as this was absolutely necessary for our associates. Thank you Whitley for welcoming me and telling me all about your hotel. I'm sure you'll takes good care of my friends!!
