Customer service was horrible
I picked this room just for the Jacuzzi tub. Guess what? It was broken. There was a breaker the maint. Man could hit every 10m. if I wanted him to sit & wait. For some reason discount was 1 night not2
Excellent Value
I had a wonderful experience with this hotel. Exceptionally clean, with special COVID cleaning protocols, nice and comfortable room, quiet, cable tv, pool and hot breakfast in the morning (served by the attendant). Taylor at the Front Desk was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! Shuttle service to and from the airport (not all were offering due to traveling during the holiday). I loved having Starbucks and several restaurants nearby. I would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend it!
Worse Best Western Ever
coffee machine broken at breakfast-noisy a/c, slow draining tub, holes in wall, dirty walls (needs painting), outside door inoperable for entering with key card, business center printer had no ink cartridge and staff had none (no printing available)
Dirty
Hallways were incredibly dirty and it did not smell its best. For the price, there are better options in Southwest Florida. Rooms are outdated and dirty as well. I looked by the window sills and by the bed and there were crumbs and pieces of plastics. Complete disappointment.
Nice staff
The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. We were basically only there to sleep and shower. Check-in was at 3pm but w had to wait until 3:15 for them to finish cleanin the room, after which there was a used wash rag hanging over the shower. If you need more than 1 pillow for sleeping be sure to take your own as they won't give you any extra and you have to take your used towels to the font desk for clean ones. We were able to set the thermostat where we wanted which was a bonus as most hotels sem to have a limit. Building is older and has that great grandma's house smell. Overall it ws not a bad experience.
