The hotel is convenient to the RWR Airport, Florida Gulf Coast University and many exclusive golf courses, great shopping and just a 20 minute drive to the Spring Training Homes of the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins. The rooms are done in a contemporary style of greens and blues with black and white photos of historical Fort Myers. The atmosphere of this property is family friendly and business friendly and is what you would expect from a Diamond Award winning property. Located directly off of I-75 at exit 131-you'll find this hotel is centrally located to many area attractions.

Location, hotel, bistro, service - everything. Lots of restaurants nearby. Clean. A different decorating system which is nice from the typical blah bray Courtyard. Lots of shopping and food nearby. I'll stay again.
Crystal, Lianet, Blaise are all spectacular!!

From my first phone call to the property to the end of my stay, all 3 of these staff members treated my wife and I like royalty. We really appreciate the elite guest service from start to finish. I am very familiar with all of Marriott's standards for each brand and this staff deserves to be recognized.

Im a flight attendant- i know hotels. This hotel was clean and comfortable. I checked in because a holiday inn i was at had ants in the bed . The front desk at the courtyard made me feel safe and happy. The pizza at the little cafe is good.

I’ve visited this hotel numerous times and they are always on point! Kind and efficient at check in, hotel is clean and great location. They do have limited amenities right now but that’s due to COVID-19. You can tell they are trying really hard to make everyone happy during these tough times. Management is always present and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here!

We called prior to making our reservation due to phase 2 of covid-19 openings. We were told everything was open. The desk clerk should be very specific and honest about the amenities so customers know what to expect!! The room description for the King Whirlpool room stated in the room amenities that it had a sofa, along with the photo for that specific room showing a sofa. When we arrived the front desk lady was pleasant. The lobby looks clean and same as on their website, although the bar is shut down. You can order a drink at the Bistro counter from 5:30-7:30 pm. The hallway on the 3rd floor is so hot and humid my glasses fogged up every time we got off the elevator. Got to the room and there was a chemical type smell and no sofa only a chair that felt like a rock, literally like a rock. When I asked at the desk about the sofa she states that none of whirlpool rooms have a sofa. I showed her their website description describing the room and she did give a $20 credit per night. NO ROOM SERVICE so don't expect trash to be removed, fresh towels or beds to be made. We saw a housekeeping cart a couple times in our hallway but never received cleaning. Breakfast is not SERVED but rather a muffin out a the case or a microwave breakfast sandwich. The pool is well kept with 6 chairs with proper 6' spacing. Nice firepit area. We sat in the lobby and watched some tv one night so one of us didn't have to sit on the Flintstone rock chair and the hard uncomfortable bed. They appear to be very short staffed as the desk clerk was also working at the Bistro counter. Very disappointing trip!!
