Room was advertised as $78 per night. Fine print added $9 and some change tax and a $10.00 “service charge”. Room cost is now $98. Upon check in, I’m told there is a $100 deposit. For a $98 room? Seriously? I will be sure to check my statement for the credit for that. Kiosk check in is impersonal and difficult when the person has such a strong foreign accent. I had to ask him to repeat things several times to understand him. We booked a room with two queen beds. It’s me, my husband and our 19 year old son. We have TWO bath towels for a room that sleeps FOUR people. Granted we only have three but still we have TWO towels for three of us. The “bathtub” cannot be used to take a bath because there is no stopper for it and there is more water pressure in the sink than in the shower. Very glad we are only here for one night. We will definitely NOT stay here again!!

Starting with the kiosk check was very slow. Gave me a handicap room which I did not request at the hotel was not sold out and which I was not able to use the shower in the am because of my height. I never received a receipt final bill and had to call which I was double charged on top of $100 deposit. I was texted and asked my rating which was 0 and asked me if I wanted a call back which I replied yes and received a text I would be contacted shortly. no phone call was never made. I WILL NEVER USE A DAYS INN OR ANY HOTEL BY WYNDHAM.......AND ALSO MAKE A QUEST THAT NO ONE ELSE WILL EVER EXPERIENCE WHAT I DID WITH WYNDAM.....
AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE

Surly, rude, arrogant and disrespectful – those adjectives don't even begin to describe the “manager” of this hotel. But all of us who travel frequently have encountered hotel staff who don't have the vaguest notion of what the words “guest” and “hospitality” mean – you chalk it up to their waking up on the wrong side of bed that morning. What was absolutely inexcusable was him spraying saliva in my face while he talked COMPLETELY UNMASKED. THIS IN FLORIDA, WHERE THE DELTA VARIANT IS RAGING UNCHECKED AND HOSPITALS CAN'T KEEP UP WITH COVID CASES. It's one thing to treat a customer as you would an enemy – it's quite another to put people's lives at risk. After refusing to give his name 4 times, he finally said that his business card was on the counter – he had no ID badge, and I very much doubt that the name on the card was his. He ought to be prosecuted, not just disciplined. I realize that this was a Wyndham licensee, not an actual employee of Wyndham, but doesn't Wyndham have any standards for the way guests are treated by their licensees??

I recommend this hotel to anyone, eccentric, accessible and comforting place. No matter if your visit is for business, pleasure or just to rest from a long trip, all the staff is of quality and have a unique professionalism.

The location of this hotel is ideal, the staff and cleanliness of this hotel! I would definitely stay here again. The beds were very comfortable, I love the lighting in the bathroom! The bathroom is also spacious.
