Convenient to the Airport

I spent one night at this hotel prior to a meeting with a local business. Prior to my departure on my trip, I called the hotel to arrange a pickup at the airport. When I arrived at the airport, I called again, and the hotel sent their shuttle just a few minutes later. I want to recognize Judi; she was very welcoming. The hotel recognized my Marriott Rewards status upon arrival. My room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was located within walking distance of a few restaurants, which was convenient for me since I did not rent a car. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Fort Myers area.
Do not stay at this older property

Do not stay at this older property. I stayed here as was paid for by a client. Nasty angry woman at front desk. AM thru early afternoon; failed to get here name. What an oversight on my part. Not inviting at all. Several rooms down was a low class loud, loud family. Tv was so loud and kods screaming and mom was hollering and boyfriend was smoking dope. Hotl staff did nothing - they were afraid of them clearly. Water not hot in shower, phoning front desk yet again - gentleman said to let run and would get hotter. Bald- faced lie. This trip has been scrubbed from my marriott bonvoy past trips. Nasty lady was there when i past desk to leave and narry a question of how my stay was. Evidently she did not care at all

Hotel was clean staff was nice and helpful. Needs a few updates for example the mattress seemed worn out a bit uncomfortable The toliet was leaking. Breakfast was not appealing so went out versus having the free breakfast. I would stay there again.

I've stayed in many places and this one was great. Staff was amazing, friendly, and the rooms were clean and bug free. I definitely would stay here again. Snack shop is a little pricey, but the convenience stores nearby aren't too bad.
Over night stay before an early flight
Reviewed 28 march, 2021
We had spent the week on Marco Island and didn’t want to get up at 03:00 AM to make a early flight. We arrived after 9:00 PM and had a Mobil key on our phone. A good thing since there wasn’t anyone is sight at the desk. The Mobil key worked fine. My first impression was this was a small, older room. The sitting area was tiny, the bedroom area cramped. It had a wall unit heating/AC unit next to the bed instead of central air. There was a mini fridge, small microwave and coffee maker. One large flat panel TV on a swivel so you could sort of watch from the bed or sort of watch from the sitting area. It didn’t really appear to work well for either. Beds are subjective, but the corners were tucked in tight and barely come up to my chest. We also found the room had a lot of street noise. Neither of us slept well. But like I said, this is subjective. The hotel is close to the airport, which was our primary search criteria, so it filled our needs. We checked out electronically, and just like when we arrived, there wasn’t a desk person in sight. For our entire stay we had NO contact with any staff. I suspect this is the way hotels will be in the future, but it has a sort of surreal feel to us.
