Long travel day,
Drove for 7 hours, tired, hungry, ready to get some rest. Checked in, went to Grab some takeout, came back unloaded luggage and went the room. Unpacked luggage to get ready for bed while travel partner took a bed and fell asleep because we had an early appointment in the morning. I prepared for bed and when I pulled back the bedspread the top sheet was crumpled and halfway down the bed and it appeared as if the bedsheets had Not been changed. I called housekeeping (probably the front desk) and was told to bring my luggage downstairs and they would put us in another room. That option was unacceptable because we had already unpacked, one person was already asleep and we were exhausted. I was told they would “make a note” for the manager. Traveling during a Pandemic is difficult enough, however finding dirty sheets is unacceptable. I paid for 2 beds but ended up sharing a bed because the room was not properly prepared. There was no resolution for the situation.
Good for a one nite stay but not the hampton of the old days
We used to stay at a lot of hilton properties including hampton. We could always count on extremely clean rooms and a livable breakfast. However a few years ago before covid we started switching to a lot of marriots, etc. as they were a lot better for the dollar. We stayed at this one and had reserved a handicapped room but were given a room that was far from handicapped but were too tired to change. The next morning we had to leave and a tight schedule but realizing with covid it would be a bag to go. No anything there at 8:30am except two banana nut rolls and not even a water. Sad but back to marriot properties, etc.
Poor reflection on the Hampton name.
The hotel room was dirty, the bathroom shower stall broken. The mattresses were not the normal Hampton mattresses; after one night of laying in bed we ached from head to toe. If this is the new Hampton, best to look elsewhere.
Disappointed!
My family booked two rooms for Hampton inn for the weekend for one reason only THE POOL, & the whole weekend we stayed our children could only swim for one hour due to someone puking in the pool the first day we arrived & so it took staff two whole days even up until the time we already left for them to clean/fill it back up. My family was very disappointed with this place!
Two night stay
The staff was very friendly. During covid most hotels serving free breakfasts have cut way back and this one did too. The place was only about 20% full. They had plenty of covid precautions. Overall it was a nice stay.
