Nice place

Room was a bit pricey for 1 night. But the location is close to the interstate, Wal-Mart gas stations restaurants etc. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Pet friendly location as well. I would definitely stay there on future trips to the area.

Not quite a dive but pretty darn close

Getting up to the hotel was a challenge in and of itself! Narrow barely-2-lane driveway up a steel hill. No markings telling you where to go. Small lobby. Room was small, no carpet, which I thought was odd. The plastic mat presumably supposed to be placed in front of the door was laying on the bed, which we hoped was clean. Saw a small insect flying on the dresser. Saw a lightning-bug looking insect on the wall. It just felt dirty. Toilet ran continuously unless you jiggled the handle. There was a powerstrip affixed to the wall on one side of the bed. Do not waste your money here. Go across the street and spend a few more $$ to stay at the Hampton Inn!

UGH!

This hotel is horrid. The rooms are not cleaned daily as they should be. Their were black hairs all over our bed. Three flat pillows in our room and the staff were "NOT ABOUT TO ALLOW" us to get a couple extra. The water takes FOREVER to heat up. NEVER AGAIN!!! The parking lot was full of pits and divits, the breakfast is a JOKE, the stairs to get up to the second floor rooms are attrocious, the wifi hardly worked, the refridgerator was trashed, very outdated, and all around it is the worst hotel I have EVER stayed at. I spoke to the Asst. Manager when I left and he told me if I didn't like it, the don't come back

Did the job

Adequate - best describes this motel....barely. The "free breakfast" is a joke. Old coffee and 3 stale donuts...oh and a waffle machine. A grand total of 3 towels in the room. But it's warm, dry, relatively clean. Good for an overnight recharge for those on a road trip.
