Muy bueno! Volvería
La gente fue súper amable, es limpio, la cama muy cómoda y la ubicación perfecta. El desayuno es muy bueno pudiendo elegir Starbucks, frutas, huevos, tostadas, etc. A metros de principales avenidas, shopping su autopista. Las compras te las cuidan y los empleados de primera.
Volleyball in Franklin
We stayed here for 2 nights, our daughter had a volleyball tournament in Franklin. Our whole team stayed here. We loved it! The hotel was very pretty, everything was fresh, clean, roomy. The staff was friendly and helpful, good to explain how Covid affected room service, etc. We felt welcomed from the second we walked in. Our room was big enough to not feel cramped with 2 adults and a teen. Nice big bathroom, comfy beds. The lobby area was very nice, perfect for the team to hang out together. GREAT location, close to lots of good food and shopping.
Good except the bed!
We enjoyed the hotel and the staff was very friendly. The only negative about our stay was an awful hard bed and the pillows were to soft. The room was very clean and the towels were soft and plentiful.
Excellent on all counts!
My mom, sisters and I stayed here this weekend for a short trip to Franklin and were very pleased with the accommodations. Everything from the cleanliness of the room and common areas, to the customer service exceeded expectations. We would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area and would stay here again ourselves.
Best Courtyard in the World
As a lifetime Platinum member of Marriott’s Bonvoy program I have stayed in a lot of different Marriott properties all over the world. In my humble opinion this is by far the best Courtyard I have ever been to. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are beyond incredible in every way, the location is wonderful, decor is new and nice. I can’t wait to visit them again.
